Steps from Downtown Omaha! Rooftop firepit & luxury accommodations

Market's Edge is a 4-level urban, townhouse with a beautiful open-concept kitchen & living space opening up to a quiet and cozy backyard. Enjoy two bedrooms appointed with high-end furnishings and linens as well as en suite bathrooms with bidet toilets. The primary bedroom has an inviting king bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a sturdy, Restoration Hardware "Full over Queen" bunk bed to help accommodate extra guests. Our favorite space is the rooftop terrace with an outdoor sectional couch and firepit overlooking beautiful views of downtown Omaha.

Although we're located in a safe and pedestrian-friendly area, guests will also have the convenience and security of an attached garage.

Market's Edge is nestled between the Old Market, Little Bohemia and Little Italy; a quick walk from some of Omaha's best restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, concerts and major sporting events.

Our dishwasher has a really long cycle. If you'd be willing to load and start it, we appreciate it.

Our community is comprised of professionals and mature residents. Our HOA has a strict noise policy after 10pm. Please limit outdoor noise after 10.
For security and safety purposes, we have cameras on the exterior of our property and one located in the garage. Please do not disable cameras.
Any smoking or pet violations or party complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed and has every amenity you could want. Brad was a great host and so prompt with his communication. I also loved having the security of a garage. I will be back for sure!

Beautiful property! The host went above and beyond with the extra touches- complimentary drinks upon arrival for adults and kids, extra toiletries, etc. Super close to many Omaha attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Our family loved it!

The best VRBO in Omaha!

Everything was perfect. The home is gorgeous, Brad has thought of everything you could possibly need. Fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds, and the rooftop is amazing! Great location for all the Omaha fun

Nice property. Modern in design. Two nice bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were comfy, and for being near the Old Market, it was nice and quiet. We appreciated the beverages left for us in the fridge, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Great communications from the owner. We would stay there again.You really can’t beat the location.

Premium property

The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Within walking distance of the vibrant and fun Old Market, where we spent most of our time. Great for cooking breakfast, and having coffee in the morning. Most the time we ate out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, but could have easily cooked all our meals there. We were only there 3 nites, but would love to come back for a longer stay.

Why they chose this property

Omaha's biggest events and best restaurants are in the downtown Omaha area. We're excited to be located close to the Old Market and we're enjoying all of the new businesses opening in the emerging Little Bohemia neighborhood. We purchased this property because it is beautiful and relaxing and part of a great community. We wanted a weekend retreat for ourselves but also to share with our family, employees, clients and Omaha visitors.

What makes this property unique

You can park your car in a secure, attached garage and take a quick walk, bike ride or uber to everything happening downtown. If you decide to stay in, you can enjoy cocktails on the rooftop deck or private back yard and you'll have all of the tools needed for a chef-inspired meal.
