Newly Remodeled Home - 20 minutes from anywhere in Omaha!
This newly remodeled home, located close to major interstates, is in the perfect location for great restaurants and easy access to the College World Series, the Zoo, and Omaha’s picturesque Old Market! You can get almost anywhere in Omaha in less than 20 minutes.
Our kitchen is newly remodeled, fully stocked, and has a Keurig with a variety of coffees and teas to choose from.
We have three bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and a newly remodeled bathroom. There’s a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom.
The basement is furnished with a HUGE couch, TV, a daybed with linens to sleep 1 person, and a table for cards or games.
Within walking distance of the house, there are 4 - 5 restaurants and a coffee shop. There’s a Mexican restaurant, pizza place, Italian, etc. They’re about .6 miles walk.
Additionally, there’s a large outdoor mall and an indoor mall, both within a 5 minute drive.

I’m originally from Omaha and went to Millard North, the high school directly behind our neighborhood.
We LOVE Omaha and have lots of family still here. Our family is still here so we visit often. We bought this house to stay in while we’re in Omaha visiting family, so it’s our vacation home too!
