★Effortless self check-in with keypad smart lock.

★Enjoy full access to the entire property- Main house, detached guest house, front and back yard. However, the garage is reserved for owner use.

★The driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles or 2 vehicles and one boat. There is one additional off-street parking space in the front of the home.

Additional Items to Note:

If you'd like to bring your own motorboat or jet skis our driveway will accommodate boat parking. Motorized Boats can be launched on to Lake Travis from Mansfield Dam Park (5 min drive) or on Lake Austin at Selma Hughes Park (15 min drive) or reach out to us about options for chartering a boat.

Nearby, there are plenty of fabulous restaurants, great destinations and unique attractions. You can enjoy the scenic view at the legendary Oasis, meet Brisket the cow at Planet Rock Distillery or enjoy some indoor entertainment at High Five.
