The Space

Welcome to our peaceful, corner suite at Coral Resort. Located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, our beautifully designed suite is perfectly located with the beach just 2 blocks away and a view of the channel at the bottom of your steps! Cafes, restaurants, and bars are right outside the resort. The resort features a heated, waterview pool and landscaped courtyard with BBQ grills. There's free parking for our guest and on-site, laundry for a small fee.

PLEASE NOTE: The bottom units, including the downstairs doors, bathroom, and laundry area, are currently under construction. These areas will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until September 30, 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the entire resort and its facilities.

- Toilet and contemporary pedestal sink

Professional Cleaning:

- Small amount of Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption
- Nearby stores available for purchasing more supplies

Pests:
- Regular pest treatment in place
- Common to see pests due to heat including cockroaches, ants, spider and termites
- No refunds offered for pest sightings, but prompt assistance available if needed

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire resort. Parking is free but a parking pass must be placed on the dashboard.

Neighborhood

Beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all *right there*. Don't even need a car.

Interaction

Your unit is private but there are 25 units at the resort so all of the amenities are shared.

Other things to note

This unit is a private unit at a resort. We manage only a couple units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit.

Getting Around

Everything is walkable.

Must be at least 25 years of age. No Pets.
Check-in in 3:00 p.m.
Check out at or before 10:00 a.m.
Fishing is allowed but cleaning/gutting/filleting fish inside the unit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! - ($300.00 additional Cleaning Fee will be assessed if this happens)
Please clean, gut and fillet fish at the cleaning stations on the dock. Please make sure to clean up after cleaning fish.
All garbage must be placed in the dumpster outside D building upon check out
No smoking in the unit - you are welcome to smoke in the common areas.
All laundry, including bed linens, are placed in the laundry basket before checkout
Dishes cleaned and put away before checkout.
