Holiday house for 4 guests with 80m² in Butjadingen-Eckwarden (126073)

Would you like to live idyllically with a large garden and this with two families? A thatched roof house and a barn house, each newly built except for the stud frame, are available for the holidaymakers here.

The thatched roof house is located at the entrance to Eckwarden. It is 200 years old and was completely renovated in 2014, the roof was newly covered, new ceilings were installed, a comfortable oak staircase was installed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower was built. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe on the ground floor, the other with 2 single beds in the attic. Because of the sloping ceilings, a wardrobe had to be dispensed with. The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, thermos, egg cooker, toaster and kettle. The open living / dining area includes a spacious seating area, television and stereo. A high chair is available in the dining area for 4 people.
