Apartamento perfeito! Muito arejado, espaçoso, próximo de tudo, padaria, banco, restaurante. E em frente mesmo a praia, eu e minha família adoramos. A Alessandra, que é a proprietária, muito educada e compreensiva. Voltarei várias vezes! Recomendo esse apartamento!!!

Aluguei o imóvel por uma semana no mês de janeiro e minha experiência foi maravilhosa, o imóvel fica localizado em uma das melhores praias de Guarapari. E a proprietária foi super atenciosa sempre. Adorei.
