The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and place them on the floor in the bathroom. If you have any “stinky” garbage (ex: fish guts) from your stay, please dispose of garbage bags in the trash cans outside.
Please ensure lights, electronics, and water faucets are off before leaving the house. Please leave used beds unmade. Please make sure windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving.
Please clean all dishes; they may stay in the drying rack. If you use the grill please clean the grill. Put away water toys. If you use the electric heat in the 4 seasons room please turn it off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note that during the summer our lawn person may go thru during the week between the hours of 900a and 400p. We apologize for any inconvenience.
