Siesta Key Gulf & Bay Club
All rentals INCLUDE WEEKLY cleaning. Right when you walk in to this newly updated property you will feel right at home. The master bedroom has adjustable split King bed with a completely renovated master bathroom and California closet. The bathroom has an automatic toto toilet bidet that self opens/closes/flushes and a heated seat. Large shower and two sinks. Sit and watch the sunset on one of the four rocker swivel chairs drinking a glass of champagne in the living room. The couch is a very comfy Arhaus sofa that you won’t want to leave. Updated laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Bedroom number two has 2 double beds perfect for grandkids or guests. Bedroom number three has a double bed and makes the perfect place for more grandkids or shut it off and use it as storage when you aren’t using. Fully updated kitchen with lots of space. Condo is in building A which is closest to the beach and large pool. Fitness center is just a short walk and there are lots of pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard and a game room that are at your fingertips.

Beautiful property with welcoming host, residents, and regular guests! The beach and pools are pristine, and our condo (A305) at Gulf and Bay was beautiful with a spectacular view. Our host, Jodi, provided wonderful recommendations for the area and made us feel very welcome in her home away from home. We also made regular use of the tennis and pickleball courts and fitness center. The pickleball players have a daily meetup and are very accommodating to new players. So many fun activities!

Why they chose this property
Gulf and Bay is one of best kept properties on Siesta Key. The grounds are always in pristine condition. You are right next to the public beach which makes it very convenient. We are located on the 3rd floor with some of the most beautiful views of the grounds and beach. It is very peaceful to sit with the windows open and reading a book.
