This Newly Renovated, centrally located 3 bedroom 3 bath house with pool stand right behind the Siesta Key Village! This means you are just steps away from the fun and entertainment along with great restaurants to eat out. Along with being close to all the life of the Village you are just 1 block from the beach access as well. Sunset will be a breeze to attend with the location of this private home. This great beach house will sleep up to 6 people with having 2 master rooms with king beds in each and a guest room with 1 Queen bed. If you are looking to relax this beach cottage will certainly check all the boxes!

We absolutely love this property! It’s so cute, spacious, great outdoor space and is the best location. Right behind village and 3 minutes to the beach. Very easy check in and out. We had zero issues! Will stay every time it’s open when I come down!

The house was perfect for our stay. My grandson loved the pool and was in it ALL day! Only a block and half to beach access. House was very clean and well stocked for our needs. This is our second time renting this property and will definitely rent it again.

Very nice stay. Clean property (one exception-air vents need to be wiped down). Good walking distance to beach. Adjacent to restaurant area so very convenient. Nice pool. A rating.
