Lido beach is known for its white sandy beaches, eco-tourism and sunset cruises with a bonus for foodie and shoppers. It's a place to go for deep sea fishing, dolphin watching and sailing. Lido beach is naturally beautiful with endless seashells. For a comprehensive luxury stay, St Armand's circle offers fine dining as well as high end shopping and chic boutiques.. Downtown Sarasota is a short drive for your cultural experience. Ted Sperling park offers tours with Mangroves tunnels via kayak. So many attractions for you to explore. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium , Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Bayfront Park as well as Siesta Key watersports. Sarasota is a golf and tennis goldmine. So much more to explore or relax right on the beach with provided beach amenities. My family enjoyed our trip at this property… ! Gretchen provided everything and the beach and pool were beautiful… If you’re looking to rent on Lido, St Armand’s is 5 min away and wonderful restaurants…

A beautiful condo in a great location!

Great location… step out the back door and you’re at the pool or go just a little further and you’re on the beach looking at the gulf. The park at the end of the key is about a block away and that where you can catch a ride in the bay runner!!

Lido Paradise!

Location was great! Quiet end of Lido Beach with State Park next door. Being next to trolley stop was huge for us. The condo was very nicely appointed and had quality kitchen pans and knives. The lanai was a nice place to sit and enjoy reading and games. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again!

Fabulous Lido Beach location and property.

This property is beautifully decorated and generously supplied with all one would need for their vacation. The communication with the host was excellent, and they replied promptly to questions or things that needed attention. The beach is just a short walk away, and there is a lovely patio to watch the gorgeous sunsets. There is a free trolley that stops just outside the parking lot and goes to St. Armands Circle and Sarasota every half hour. We very highly recommend this property.

Great condo on Lido Beach

We had a terrific 5 week visit in Gretchen's condo on Lido Beach. The unit is tastefully decorated, newly updated, extremely clean, and well furnished with a very attractive beach decor theme. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the applicances, dishes, pots and pans, and basic supplies that you would want, including a great collection of spices. Gretchen is very generous with cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper and beach equipment. Towels and sheets are high quality and the beds are very comfortable. The heated pool and proximity to a great beach are strong positive features. Gretchen is a very conscientious and friendly host and is very concerned about every aspect of the renter's experience. We recommend her condo without hesitation.
