Our completely redesigned Premium Beachhouse is located in the middle of the property offering a beautiful setting amongst the tropical gardens overlooking the pool and only a few hundred feet from our door to the beach. Master Bedroom features a view of the ocean from your bed.

Following a complete rebuild Sealofts 37 offers designer beachhouse vibes throughout with high end finishings and lovely bright shiplap walls and light oak and white bean ceilings. Bedrooms have been updated with new beds, new curtains, fresh bed linens and accent rugs. Bathrooms also have been completely renovated with new showers, countertops and light wood floors and ceilings. Fully equipped with new towels, linens and accessories. The fully equipped kitchen has a new refrigerator and new built in stainless steel appliances. The kitchen features bright and colorful Caribbean stoneware and glasses and a central island seating up to 6 with a combination of high back wicker counter height chairs and open stools. Air conditioning units on both living levels or open the windows for breezy comfort. All levels also have brand new quiet ceiling fans for your comfort.

Villa features 2 balconies rebuilt with composite wood for comfort and well polished appearance. O ne from the second floor, great for outdoor dining as it is adjacent to the kitchen area and one from the 3rd floor master loft bedroom. Great property

Just got back from a week's stay here with 4 others. Great experience overall. Check-in was easy and place was as advertised. Located in Frigate Bay section of St. Kitts which is very convenient to shopping and restaurants/bars. Only slight negative was that there is no accessible beach in front of the property. Need to walk to the beach at the Marriott down the road or taxi to another part of the island.

My Wonderful St Kitts holiday

This property was perfect for our needs. It had all the facilities and household goods required to make our stay very comfortable. The pool is wonderful for a dip in the morning and as i like flowers the surrounding gardens were a joy to look at. The location is quiet, and there is a very good beach within walking distance, (walking to the beach to watch the sunsetting is a perfect end to the day). There are a variety of shops and restaurants to suit many needs. The property manager is very friendly and could not do enough, she checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were okay, which was really nice. There is a safe which is ideal to keep your valuables in, when using it make sure not to touch the dial, use the key only, otherwise you might need help to open it.

Sealofts had everything we needed!

We just returned from a week in St.Kitts and Nevis. Sealofts had everything we needed and was so centrally located. The pictures are exactly how it looks. We would have one word of caution: the stairs in Sealofts are circular. If you have issues with stairs these would be challenging. We got along just fine though. Sue was wonderful; always responding to our questions quickly prior to our trip. She sent us information and tips for our trip while on the island and all were great. Joyce was helpful and always available during our stay and Dennis, our main taxi driver, was always prompt in picking us up on time. Not the case when we used other drivers. We were there for a wedding and besides all the places Sue recommended, Carambola Beach Club was a great restaurant and beach area to visit also. Really great views. Thanks again for a great trip and lots of wonderful memories.

Wonderful place

We've just stayed at Susan's place for 7 nights and wanted to share our experience. The house had everything one could possibly need. Plenty of linens,towels,dishes,utensils,coolers,boogie boards, snorkeling gear,beach umbrellas,beach chairs etc. It was VERY clean and well-maintained.It is located in a small community next to the Marriott Resort. Close enough to walk over, far enough not to be bothered by crowds. The pool is kept immaculate, but is missing shade/umbrellas for lounging. We've enjoyed it everyday and got to meet some of the nice residents. The beach in front was too rough during our stay, but that might be different at other times. We found that the Caribbean side is much calmer and our two favorite beaches were within 10-20 minutes car ride. The closest one, Shipwreck, has a bar/restaurant that only takes cash and the sand is blackish, which makes it incredible hot. Cockelshell is a bit further, across from Nevis and has a bar/restaurant as well. They take credit cards and serve you right on the beach. We found that both beaches get very packed on "cruise ship" days. You would want to be at the beach before 10AM in order to get a spot. For $10 a day we would get two comfortable beach lounges and an umbrella. Both beaches have activities like paddle boarding, kite surfing, fly boarding etc.for a fee. On cruise ship days you will also find offerings by locals of Aloe Vera massages, pictures with monkeys and hair braiding. The weather was a 85F every day with a constant breeze, which made it more bearable, but also easy to burn. The highlight of the stay for our 9 yr. old daughter was riding a horse (with a monkey) on the beach. When you walk from Sealofts past the Marriott, there is a sign advertising horseback riding. We called Kareem and he immediately set us up for the next afternoon. It was an hour ride on the beach, each one at their own pace and at $ 30 a person not a bad deal at all. There is a small convenience store (Rams), a liquor store, wine store, coffee bar and several restaurants within one block of Sealofts. We went to the famous Mr. X's Shiggidy Shack (down the road) for dinner one night, but weren't impressed. It's a personal choice, but we wouldn't go back. Overall we had a wonderful time and Susan was incredibly accommodating, forthcoming, helpful and kind. Joyce, the property manager was also very nice and we would highly recommend Dennis Levine as your cab driver, should you choose not to drive on the island yourself.

A wonderful faultless stay

Sue was so helpful from the moment I contacted her. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, bars, beaches and a supermarket. The check-in and out was seemless! The grounds are glorious. The house is clean, well equipped and we couldn't have wanted for more! My partner needed to work and the wifi was strong and reliable. Sue supplied lots of ideas for things to do which was really appreciated. If you're looking to stay in Frigate Bay, don't look any further! Thank you Sue.

nous étions 4 adultes pour 1 semaine en mars au Sealofts37. Le condo est petit mais propre, bien entretenu et bien équipé. C'est un condo sur 3 étages donc plusieurs escaliers (en colimaçon et étroits) mais ce n'était pas un problème pour nous. La piscine est propre et le complexe est tranquille. Plusieurs retraités y passent l'hiver. Ce n'est pas un endroit pour faire le party mais c'est parfait si vous cherchez un endroit tranquille. Situé près de restos, bars, snorkeling, golf. Nous retournerons sans hésiter.

A good value in great location.

Sealofts 37 is a great space for anyone looking for a good value, extra space and excellent location in St. Kitts. Positives include large space, well stocked beach gear, comfortable beds, location and charm of the property. Areas for improvement include 2nd floor bedroom doesn't quite cool off at night and 2nd floor tub/shower need some help. We had one plumbing issue, but Joyce had a plumber at the property within minutes, so we appreciated the quick help. Owner is a pleasure and property is a solid four stars and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The island itself is amazing and the people are very kind and honest. Don't miss Shipwreck or Patsy's for lobster.

Great place to get away from it all!

Sealofts37 was a great place to get away for a very relaxing time. The place is comfortable and accurately depicted by the owner. Sue is very responsive to any and all queries. Her recommendations were on point and we loved them all! We especially loved hanging out at Shipwreck on Sunday. Great food ( Fish Tacos, to die for! and Cheesy Fries...yum!) and live band on Sunday afternoon. One of the things that I really liked was the close proximity to Rituals Coffee Shop ( ate there almost every morning), various restaurants and the grocery store all within a quick 2-3 min walk. The pool was right outside the condo and we enjoyed it every afternoon when we got back from our various adventures. Great place and thank you!!!

Excellent property in a wonderful location

We rented 2 Sealofts this summer, we have visited on 3 previous occasions and would not stop anywhere else whilst visiting St Kitts. The accommodation is clean, just as described on website,well equipped. Well laid out. For us it is in a perfect location,the gardens are lovely, you can sit on the balcony,hear the birds,see the sea, very peaceful and relaxing. Most of the time on every occasion we have visited we have had the pool to ourselves. We enjoyed a bbq some evenings. There are bars,restaurants and entertainment and beach within walking distance. As well as a shop for essentials and some good kittician rum. Booking the Sealofts were straightforward and the owners were very helpful and responded promptly to any queries I had. We are already planning our next stay.

Sorry about being late with this review. We had three adults in our party and one word comes to mind concerning this property...WOW! I have been to most of the Caribbean islands and this is one of the best. The accommodations at our villa were beyond adequate and had everything that a person would need for fun in the sun. i.e. snorkel gear, boogie board, fishing gear..... The kitchen had everything that you would need to prepare your own meals, that's if your not eating at one of the great beach restaurants. We had such a great time that we are definitely returning!

We would recommend the Sealoft to anyone. Getting in touch with the owner was so easy. The place was so well kept. She had everything you could need. We had so much fun and enjoyed our time at the Sealoft. The beach is so close and the pool was great. It is in walking distance of so many things. We rented a car and went around the entire island. Got to see my daughter graduate from the Ross University. The week we were there we saw and did many things. She had snorkel gear and we enjoyed that so much. I can not say enough good things about the Sealoft. I was perfect and made our stay wonderful and non stressful. Would highly recommend this for any one.

Very clean and friendly staff. We got in late on Saturday and had to go next door to get the keys because the office was closed, however the friendly neighbors did a great job greeting us. The weather was wonderful and the villa is near a lot of restaurants, though a little trek to town and the port and town where we took boats for a catamaran and scuba adventures. The beach was great, though a bit wavy being that it's on the Atlantic side, which is the rougher side. The small jeep that was available had a dead battery the first 3 days, but once it was fixed, got us to where we needed to be. Overall, a great time!

Pleasant experience

We certainly enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils--everything a good cook would need. We also appreciated the use of the jeep. The lovely pool could be viewed from our patio on the second floor where we enjoyed our meals. The only downside is that both bedrooms had double beds. My husband and I are use to a larger queensize bed, so we chose to sleep separately. The location was within an easy walk of restaurants and beaches. There was also a small grocery store where we were able to shop.

Fantastic stay at SeaLofts

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at SeaLofts 37, a one week break at the beginning of June 2012. The owner provided useful advice before our trip on things to do and places to eat. It was very easy to book with her and the on site property manager was available if we needed her. We were lucky with the time of year because there we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. The whole complex is pretty and the gardens are well-maintained. Unit 37 is very well-equipped (photos are accurate) with everything you'd need on holiday and the local shops, 3 minute walk away have all the groceries that you'd need during your stay. There are also several restaurants nearby. If you want to play tennis, use the gym or use the spa, the marriott hotel is close by and you can purchase a day pass. There is also a golf course almost directly opposite SeaLofts. We had a look at several other properties while we were in St Kitts and Unit 37 really stands out as one of the best. We would definitely recommend it.

Total Relaxation

We rented this unit for two months (January & February 2012) and what an experience. We went to sleep with the sounds of the surf crashing against the shore and spent our days lounging by the pool, walking the beach and exploring the island. The complex is on the smaller side (about 50 units) which suited us just fine. The grounds are beautiful featuring all manner of tropical flowers and trees. Although we dined out most evenings (Cathy's on the Beach is the best place for local food) the kitchen is well equiped so had no trouble preparing our meals. This unit has a small jeep you can rent which is perfect for exploring the island. We enjoyed our selves so much that we are planning our return trip for 2013.

A perfect, private getaway!

I live in St. Kitts, and when my parents came to visit, I wanted to rent them a place close to all attractions, but private as well. This place exceeded our expectations! It is walking distance to beaches, hot dining spots, coffee shop, and a small grocery store. The house is decorated cutely, has new bedding, and has vacation essentials sucha as beach towels, books, beach umbrellas, and snorkel gear! My parents enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool, naps on the beach, afternoon dips in the pool, and could walk to nearby attractions while I was at work. On nights that we did not feel like going out, we would grill out and have a nice evening in together. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to stay in and make dinner, instead of going out every night. The staff was very nice and helpful! I could go on and on about the wonderful characteristics of this rental unit! My parents visit was so wonderful and great memories were made at this hidden gem! Thank you!

Overall the place was very clean, people very friendly, however if you have any health issues with walking or climbing, circular staircases may not be your thing. Awesome and Magical - a jewel of a property in a fabulous location

I found this property to be of excellent upkeep with total relation in mind. The beach is amazingly private and always clean and peaceful. The pool is lovely and clean and the accomodations are immaculate and tastefully decoracted in a lovely Caribbean theme. You are within walking distance to an array of restaurants and bars - Italian, Seafood, Pizza, awesome coffee shop and pastries adjacent to the property. I loved not needing a vehicle as getting around was so easy. The taxi stand was 2 minutes away though if you did require transportation. A must visit for dinner is to Mr. X's Shiggidy Shack on the beach for the Mahi Mahi. Best fish I have ever had. So good I had it 3 nights. The beer of the island is Carib and my husband absolutely loved it (taste and price). For lunch one day we ventured to the Spice Mill on Cockleshell Beach. We had the conch fritters and they were absolutely delicious. The view was spectacular. Of course you can also cook in the fully equipped kitchenette this property offers. The Marriott Hotel is also adjacent to the property and we often walked there for drinks or a little time in the Casino. A must see is a trip to Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park. The views are to die for (don't forget your camera!). This was our first visit to the island and property but defintely will not be our last. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking for a tranquil and relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I give it a 10!
