Family time

We had an excellent time. The house was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed time spent at the pool. The location of the house was easy to walk to the beach and some great local restaurants. Would highly recommend booking this home. Only had three beach chairs so would definitely recommend renting chairs and umbrella. If we stayed longer would definitely get the golf cart, very convenient for getting around.

This wax the most wonderful cottage… had everything we needed and more.. super clean and do very convenient.. ihost was the best we have ever had thru VRBO.. thank you Heather!! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful House

The house was exactly as posted. It was very clean and felt “homey”. The only complaint was the temperature of the pool water. We had someone come out to turn on hot tub heater and the next day the entire pool became just as hot. We called again and were told it was due to outside temperature. This was not the case due to neighbors pool being much cooler.

Absolutely stunning house! Decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable, porch is amazing, location is great and pool/spa is perfect!! Best house we have ever stayed in! Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Amazing home in a great location.

We throughly enjoyed our week at Totally Beachin. House is open concept, clean and looks recently updated. The pool was a welcome spot for us to cool off after a day at the beautiful beach just a five minute walk away. Front porch faces east and has amazing sunrises. My only suggestion is to add a Kuerig to the kitchen.

Great home for family or friends!

This home was great! Modern, clean and spacious! Walk to the beach or lounge in the pool. There is a grill and plenty of outdoor space for children to play. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect spot for a family of 5.

My husband and I stayed here with our three boys (9, 6, 2) for their school break. The house was absolutely perfect- great layout, beautifully designed and appointed, immaculately clean, and conveniently located. stunning beach access is just around the corner, and we all loved hanging out in the heated pool and hot tub, both of which get ample shade during the day! We were sad to leave and would stay here again in a heartbeat. I’ve already sent the listing to 4 of my friends!

Great property in Bradenton Beach, FL

Amenities were good, and supplies provided were sufficient for our family of 5. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and baths, and everyone had room to spread out. Loved the pool, putting green, outside TV and eating area. Our house added another dimension to our vacation, and we will definitely check with VRBO before our next vacation.

AMAZING STAY!

We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.

Clean, modern home in a great location

We loved our stay at this Bradenton Beach property. Perfect location - easy 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to grocery store/restaurants. It's in a safe/quiet neighborhood with a fenced in yard for our furbabies. The heated salt water pool and hot tub got a lot of use and was a nice feature. The home is nicely decorated with high-end amenities, comfy beds and a lovely covered front porch. The property looks just like the pics. Management company was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated home on AMI!

Wow! This property was perfect! It appears to be a new build and is impeccably decorated. The pool and outside area is also smartly designed and we enjoyed using. It’s a short walk to the beach and they provided towels, chairs and all of the necessities. One of the nicer rentals we’ve found on the island. We definitely would return! Thanks!

Beautiful home in great location

We had a wonderful time. Loved the pool and hot tub. We felt very secure. Refrigerator was not balanced correctly so food could stay cold in frig but freezer was too cold. Only could adjust by Wi-Fi not by you.

Week vacation

Great pool and layout of house. In a quiet neighborhood about 5-7 minute walk to beach. Well equipped with all necessities. One drawback- no bathroom for pool, had to go up to the house for bathroom. Management answered calls and had solutions right away.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal at the Sandbar the last night we were there. We liked visuting the various piers and shops around the island. Once again there are different sections you can explore and go to for this. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider going again down the road.
