This is a perfect dog friendly stay. Easy access to the beach. I only wish one of the showers had detachable head for cleaning the pups. Other than that we loved it and plan to stay here again real soon.

Great view from our balcony. We could see the ocean, the dolphins when they wanted to put up a show, and the most amazing sunset.

Very nice in all respects

Great long weekend. Wonderful location, very clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed and mattress on king bed was very comfortable.

Love seabrook

We love pelican watch villas been going there for over 25 years only complaint we had this year is that I called to have some bees removed from the back deck as I am allergic to them and no one showed up other than that everything was perfect.

Time for attention

This unit was not up to the standard of the other units we have rented in this development. It was tired--the rug and carpet were worn and stretched; the pull-out couch was pretty saggy and stained; the mattress was very uncomfy for my husband's back; and the paint and tile were worn and/or stained. We love the development, generally and appreciate the care that is taken with the grounds, so this unit really felt sub-par. We appreciated that there was ample soap (we don't take this for granted), we had plenty of towels, and beach items were available. It just seems time to invest some care and attention in such a lovely spot on the beach.

The unit is not well kept. Very little air conditioning in Master bedroom. Appliances poor, furniture was on the dirty side. Carpeting in bedroom needs to be cleaned. Needs a fan on the porch.The view was good and location was good.
