New everything! Made just for you and your large group! Across the street from the beach. Easy elevator access. Sleep 10-13! 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Double (in bunk bed form), and 4 single beds. 2 Outdoor Deck Spaces. One deck over looks the pool the other deck is for the sunsets!
Enjoy!! Large Living Room. Plenty of seating for every one at meal times. Basement Game Room now open! (basement gameroom and pool area are shared spaces) Please note we have security cameras in the common spaces, parking lot and fire stairwell. No cameras are in the Condo units itself. Please no pets at this time. IMPORTANT: This listing is for ONE private condo unit (Unit C) only. The entire building is NOT included.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

Everything was wonderful! The owners are great to work with and thought of everything that you will need for your stay It was nice that the bedrooms all had their own bathrooms the outside decks had awesome views with great sunsets

AMAZING place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay in Ludington. Shawn and Naomi took care of every little detail to make our stay perfect! The kids-and adults- loved the game room and the condo was perfect. The decks were lovely for evenings and the views of the lake and Badger landing and taking off were great! Thank you for sharing your amazing property.

We had a wonderful long weekend with family with plenty of space for us all! This location was perfect with only a few minutes walk to the beach and playground and amazing views. The kids loved the game room and we thoroughly enjoyed both indoor and outdoor hangout spaces! They really thought of everything to make your stay amazing including communication before, during, and after. We will definitely be back again next year!

Wonderful Stay

This property was the perfect setting for our summer family gathering. The location was very convenient—just a short walk to the beach and downtown. The host provided more than just the basics, including beach gear and access to an incredible game room that the kids really enjoyed. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone, which made the stay comfortable for our whole group.Communication was easy and the host was very responsive when we had questions. My family and I would absolutely return in the future!

Great place for getting together.

This was the perfect place for spending a weekend getting together with two other families. Easy walk into town and we could watch the kids walk to the beach from the northern deck. The hosts have created an amazing getaway that is well furnished and gorgeously decorated. This is definitely a place we’re looking to return to in the future.

High end awesome Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property, inside and out. Our 4bd/4 bath condo had 2 big decks w fireplaces. Right on the main strip and literally steps to Lake Michigan beach and park w playground, mini golfing. The inside was gorgeous, high end, everything appeared brand new. Highly recommend.

Wanted a long weekend with family to build memories. Amazing property and location! So new. As beautiful as the pictures. Game room fantastic. Easy walk to beach. Playgrounds. Ice cream. An Amazing Place to Spend Christmas with My Family!

My family and I had such a wonderful Christmas holiday staying at Blue Waters Edge Suites! It was a true delight! The family-friendly atmosphere, paired with well thought out amenities and cleanliness made our vacation seamless and relaxing. The spacious layout of the apartment and the well-equipped kitchen catered perfectly to our needs! We truly enjoyed every moment of our trip, from the cozy bedrooms and hot showers to the beautiful view of Lake Michigan and close proximity to many local treasures. The hosts were absolutely wonderful as well! They went above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome experience! Without a doubt, a FIVE STAR experience all the way around!

EXCELLENT - Host, Property, Location

From the interaction pre-trip from Naomi/Shawn, to the initial arrival/reaction to the property, and the overall location/experience we couldn't have asked for more. Naomi/Shawn were very proactive with information and communication to make our planning and arrival very comfortable and stress free. The property is very clean, extremely well laid out, had every amenity we could have used (and then some), and it felt like home on vacation from the first day. We had 3 families with little ones and grandparents and couldn't have had a better location to spend a long weekend/week, The beach, putt putt, and sunset was right outside our door, and the city was a short walk away. We enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to looking into coming back to both this location and any other property Naomi/Shawn host. We hope everyone enjoys a similar time!

Business on the Beach in Ludington

We came for business, but this stay was a true pleasure. The listing exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the owners thought of everything- this house is well stocked for what appears to be a brand new build. We found games, kids toys, beach supplies and everything you'd need to have a wonderful family stay in this rental. You are a stone's throw from the beach, mini golf, and the playground and walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. I was in town on business and had two clients travel to town with me. We loved watching the sunset from one patio and the Badger arrive on the other. We walked to the beach for Thursday's bonfire and music, though we could have also enjoyed that from our patio also. Our group utilized the grill for a "land and lake" cookout after salmon fishing on Lake Michigan and soaked up every last ounce the beautiful weather in Ludington during June. This location was absolutely perfect and I can't wait to return, though I'd imagine it will be harder to book as word travels on how great this spot is. I have stayed in many charming rentals in this town, but if you are looking for luxury on the lake, this is THE spot for you!

Our family with 3 young children & grandparents had a great time staying here! The location and views are amazing and it was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to walk to the beach, pier, playground, downtown & mini golf, and see the Badger and lake from the decks. Everything in the home is like brand-new and it has all of the necessities for young children (jogging stroller, high chair, kids dinnerware, travel crib, and toys/books/games). The game room was a major hit and such a fun option for both kids and adults. The beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed, and communication with the owners was quick & effective. We highly recommend staying here & would love to visit again!
