Gorgeous Penthouse level 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo in Sanibel complex in Gulf Shores, AL. We have installed an I-Wave Air Purification system into the Air Conditioner and have installed Hand Sanitizer Station inside the condo. Please understand you must be at least 23 years old to rent this beautiful condo. Completely remodeled in a beautiful, contemporary style with ultimate comfort in mind. The views from the 30 ft wall of windows is incredible, where you can see for miles in each direction. This condo has everything you will need on vacation! All flat screen TV's (living area has 55'). Bose docking station for high quality music. HUGE private balcony overlooking the beautiful white sands of Gulf Shores.
Beach supplies--heavy duty beach cart (deluxe wonder wheeler), rolling cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. Very large 2 full bathrooms have double sinks and granite counters. All towels and bedding are the ultimate in comfort and softness. Stacked washer/dryer inside unit for your convenience. Fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances.

This beautiful condo is located exactly 2.5 miles west of 'the T' where Hwy 59 intersects with Beach Blvd, across a small 2 lane road and the beach access in across the street. The back side of the condo sits on the lagoon side, so water views are everywhere! There is a small public pier behind the condo for easy and quick fishing. Jet ski or boat, kayak or fish, all within walking distance! Whatever you like to do, this is the place!!

Softball nationals family vacay!

We absolutely love the property! The amenities including beach wagon and toys were perfect for our kiddos. We had prompt response time with the owner with any needs. Also that view is amazing!! Will definitely stay here in the future

This condo was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay at Gulf Shores! We loved it. We all loved waking up to the amazing views of the water out the windows. The beach cart, umbrella, chairs, etc. were so helpful to have available during our stay so we didn't have to worry about packing any of those. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy meals there and relax. Thank you!

OUTSTANDING VIEW!!!

Last minute reservation due to loss of Mother! This was a beautiful escape for my brother and I to soften the grief blow!!! Property manager, Teresa was awesome in her communication and also just 5* response to a possible parking violation (which didnt occur). Also I had left behind items and the cleaning staff ALSO were AMAZING in not only replying to my inquiry of left items but also getting them mailed back to me. AN EASY 5 STAR REVIEW for our 5 STAR STAY!!!

Family Getaway

This place was great. Just a short walk from the beach and a spectacular view. Our host was so gracious by communicating things to do while in gulf shores. We took advantage of the toys, cart, and cooler that was available as well as the comfy accommodations. The morning we left, I caught my children taking in the perfect view one last time. It was trul a great stay.

Amazing all around!

Absolutely perfect for our family of six. Views were amazing, condo was in a perfect location with easy beach access. Condo was super clean, had all the necessities for our family to feel like we were home away from home. Instructions for check in and check out were clearly communicated and all in all we had a very please stay for our first time in Gulf Shores. We will definitely be back! Couldn’t be thankful enough for a get stay.

First Vrbo Rental - Beautiful Condo that Did Not Disappoint!

This was our first Vrbo experience. Picture perfect! The condo was as pictured. Fantastic beach views. There was a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. Luggage carts were available near the elevators which made it so easy to move in/out. We're looking to our next stay! Thank you so much!

Gulf Shores 2023

We loved our stay at this Sanibel condo. It felt like home. The view of the Gulf was just spectacular. The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach was only a short distance. Thankful for the provided beach cart as it was a life savor carrying thing to and from the beach. The condo was close by to many shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Thankful for a wonderful host and stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

The views from this condo are beautiful! We enjoyed the spacious living area, and the lagoon behind the condo was a great fishing area. My husband and son went down there every night. Teresa (the owner) was also wonderful. It is a nice place, but we did have a few issues… *The walk to the beach isn’t as easy as the description made it sound. Access is not right across the street. We had to walk through a large parking lot, down the road a block, and then across the street to even reach the walkway for public beach access. *The bedroom in which my teenagers stayed had very little storage, and the ladder to the bunk bed literally blocked the small space between the full-size bed and the bunk beds. My poor son cracked his head numerous times on the bed, trying to maneuver his way through the room. *The toilets had mold in them by Tuesday afternoon. *The drains in the master bathroom were very slow. We were standing in two inches of water by the time we finished our shower. Overall, we did enjoy our vacation.

Lovely Stay

Cannot thank the host enough for working with us so that we could stay at this beautiful condo! View was AMAZING! Condo was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. Pool was perfect for our 2 year old as they had a "kiddie" pool area that he thrived in (only thing I would suggest to the condos (not the host) is umbrellas in the pool area. There were none and the sun was out in full force! We look forward to booking here again next year!

Fourth of July Getaway

AMAZING views!! Very close to beach and the beach was not overly crowded. Pool was awesome as well. My boyfriend and I brought our 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back!!
