Just totally repainted top to bottom. Just updated with a 70 inch TV in living room, 55 inch in master bedroom and 40 inch in downstairs guest. Perdido Towers Condo-In our opinion The Best Beach and ocean view without having your toes in the sand! We also own the unit next door so if you have a large family or friends you want close by check out VRBO # 690813 also. FYI-Perdido Towers is currently doing maitenance to make it all look brand new.
Perdido Towers unlike other condos is right on the beach-the pool and walkway is located in the middle of the two units so there aren't any big pools etc in between you and the sand. Plus, this unit being on the bottom two floors people don't look like ants and the dolphins are easy to spot. This unit isn't your normal boxed condo feel- you will feel like you are in your own private townhouse. Located half a mile from the Florida Alabama line so it is close to everything! One of a kind- Plenty of privacy with no elevator needed. You get 2 floors and plenty of space to enjoy the 400 feet of ocean front views through your floor to ceiling windows with three private decks. Sleeps 8 adults with three parking passes. You have a master suite downstairs with a double sink and a private balcony so you can listen to the waves while you sleep in your bamboo King bed. The second bedroom is located downstairs as well and has a queen bed and its own bath. The 3rd/4th bedrooms are located upstairs where you have the option of either having one extremely large room with a king bed and a private back deck facing the tennis courts and bay or close the sliding screen and make it 2 bedrooms with a King on one side a bunk beds on the other with each having their own private entrance. The kitchen and living room are located on the second floor with gorgeous, breathtaking views. The pictures can't do this unit justice. No matter what you are looking for you will find it here with no elevator wait since you walk in on the first floor. Perdido towers has it all-heated swimming pool, workout room, ramp, and boat dock where you can fish or watch the sunset and property management who really care and are there to help you. Plus, you don't even need to wear shoes to the beach with the new trecks walkway- no splinters to worry about. Not to mention this location allows you the options to go wherever your heart desires-Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores-they are all within your reach. Not to mention 3 different airports-2 of which are less than 30 miles away. There aren't many locations where you can have the best of everything but you have truly found it. We are located in a 33 unit building so you don't have to worry about not being able to find that perfect spot- this part of the beach you get all of the beauty without all of the crowds.

Fun in the Sun

Had a great time. Great access to Beach. Close to Restaurants and Outdoor Activities. Only issue was construction was going on at time of visit. Made Parking a little difficult but they worked with everyone to accommodate the issue. Did not have access to upper balcony for half of stay due to construction but access to lower balcony the whole time. Staff was friendly and available anytime to assist with anything needed.

Everything was great the rooms the pool and the beach was excellent it very crowded !! The only thing that I can is There was not enough towels and wash cloths in the condo so we had to wash a lot !! 10 people !!

Enjoyable Stay

We recently stayed in this Townhouse in Perdido Key and was impressed by the home. We were all very comfortable while there, and truly enjoyed our views of the beach and ocean, especially the dolphins. Our little granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed watching those! It made the trip more enjoyable for everyone by being right there on the beach with easy access to the water, as well as the pool as jellyfish were a bit of a problem while we were there. We really liked the area, not as busy and more quiet and laid back. It was a restful and fun week for us all! Thank you Mark & Patience for letting us use your home - we will recommend it to others!

Everything was perfect! The condo was great, check in and check out were so easy, right on the beach, right by the pool and close to everything. We had the best time. The view from the condo was amazing! We loved that it was a short walk to the pool and the beach. So convenient to be able to rent chairs and umbrellas right there on the beach. The little entry way was so convenient to lay all your stuff when going to and coming from the beach. Groceries, restuarants and activities were all a short drive. We would definitley stay again! It was the perfect place to make wonderful memories! Thank you!

No frills, no hassle & beautiful views

If a designer decorated, Sferra sheet clad bed and condo is what you are looking for, this is not it. But, if a wonderful clean complex, beautiful view and ample room is needed… this is a great place. The owners are a dream to work with, the unit is easy in/out, the beach is probably the closest walk we have had to a unit. All great things. The kitchen could use a few more pots & pans, wine glasses and a few things but we managed. The master closet being a locked-off owners closet is not ideal, and hope they rethink that maybe for their guests. But all in all, a no frills/no hassle, nothing fancy stay at the beach. We loved it.

Not the Taj Mahal, but comfortable

We booked this condo after researching if canopies could be used on the beach only to be confronted by condo owners about using a canopy. I read the HOA rules left for us in the condo and there is no rule about canopies on the beach. There are posts on the property about no canopies but we were not prepared to pay for chairs and umbrellas for 6 of us. This put an unfortunate stain on our trip. The condo is clean and nice. Some drawers and more hanging space in the bedrooms would be nice especially in the downstairs king bedroom. Would I rent it again? Probably not. The kitchen is definitely a one person kitchen, the stove top has a broken corner. The property just needs some love.

Very pretty view

The scenery is beautiful. There are some updates that need to be made in the townhome, itself. Many broken items, including small air hockey table and toys. Area by games needs straightened. Couches were stained. I would definitely rent again because these things do not bother me, but may other renters. Also, when we got there, there was sand all over the floors and pieces of bacon. Again, I can clean, so it didn’t bother me too much. The electric went out several times while we were there. The owner stated that this was something new, so I wouldn’t be too concerned. We wanted to stay on the beach and that is what we got. The views were stunning. I wish the weather was better, but we did have a couple good days. With these updates and some good cleaning, this place would be amazing!!

Nice get away!

It was a nice home away from home! Plenty of room for the 9 people that went. Comfortable beds to sleep on and beautiful view! The only issue we had was we had to really pull on the door for it to shut! So with 3 kids a lot of time it didn’t get shut and we always had to go back to check it!

Short walk to the beach

The owner was great, always friendly and quick to respond. The property should add unit address signage, we had some difficulty finding this unit and spoke to others that had same problem. The security staff is on top of things but a bit annoying with many rules, one example, you can't use small inflatable rings in the pool, only toddler arm swimmers. The condo was well equipped, has great views and quick beach access. All in all, a pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved the location of the condo. It is a lot less crowded! The ocean view was amazing! The size of the condo was perfect for our family and the beach chair rental is convenient. The owners were super easy to work with. When we got there, the keurig was missing. They ordered one and had it delivered! Couple of things that I would change is more storage and better clean service. There was stuff in all the closets and no room for our things. When we got there we had to surface clean and there were dirty dishes put away in the cabinet. Despite these small faults, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Unit - Easy Beach Access

This was a really nice property, the unit was big. Split floor plans on 2 floors, it Had lots of space. The view of the beach from the upstairs part was breathtaking, absolutely beautiful. The beach was the shortest distance away of any place I have ever stayed, very easy access. This beach also had less people than most in this area which was nice. With any unit there are things I wished were different or changed but overall it was wonderful.

Why they chose this property

You don't have to get in an elevator, you have plenty of room to spread out, it is 4 bedrooms, it has floor to ceiling views of the ocean and dolphins jumping, it has a boat dock and ramp so you can bring your boat, kayaks eptc and go eat by boat or watch dolphins jump right beside you while you are paddling along plus if you don't want to leave the dock you can still catch some big fish or crabs. Plus, the property management really care here and keep everything in perfect shape at all times.

What makes this property unique

Two story townhouse within a condo facility so you have amazing management who are constantly looking over everything to make sure everything is just how you would want it to be. The pool is always crystal clean, and the grass area and grill area is always perfectly maintained. This unique unit has 4 bedrooms-with 2 king beds, a queen bed, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa- sleeps 10 comfortably (8 adults and 2 children under 3) with plenty of space and even games to play on rainy days-we also have beach toys- you name it the chances are it is here.
