Very clean. Mostly quiet. Neighbor was a little sketchy, kept looking at us when we would come out of the house. Never said anything, would have been better if they had just came over and said something instead. That was the extent of our interaction. Just a little disconcerting. About a block from the freeway in older part of city. Conveniently located to most everthing.
