• Please note that the cottage has a maximum occupancy of 2. There is a set of stairs leading to the cottage entryway. Rose Hill Country Cottage is naturally cooled! While there is no central A/C, the home is usually kept very pleasant by the shade and breeze. A window A/C unit is installed for use in summer months.
• Rose Hill Country Cottage shares the property with the owners' home. The owners are very respectful of guest privacy. The cottage is not equipped with a washer and dryer.
• This property is available for monthly rentals, including mid-month dates. For reservations lasting 30 days or more, call and speak with our Long-Term Specialist to get the best pricing available. Cozy Getaway Cottage

We had a wonderful time at this property. We visited for a weekend and it is the perfect balance between the mountain atmosphere while also being a short drive away from attractions. Also, bed was very comfy and the shower was really nice. We would definitely stay here again if we go back, only thing we’d bring next time is a Roku so we could watch more movies!
