If you would like to rent our beach home please supply a copy of your license and names/ages of anyone that will be on the property within 12 hours or your reservation will be cancelled. If more than in your inquiry at any time you will be asked to leave, lose your deposit and rent money. From the moment you get out of your vehicle and walk directly in with no steps to the keyless entry door you know you have reached your final destination to relax and let the drive or plane ride dissolve away.

This property features not only a sauna in the master bedroom but a King-size bed in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom, one bed being the adjustable Tempurpedic split king and the other a comfy bed in the box type, kitchen is also furnished with high-end appliances for all of your cookings needs.

Cozy and calming once you pull the vertical blinds to the beach you know you are at your true getaway. There are many small appliances to use if you enjoy cooking. There is a full washer and dryer. Flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a full private bath. Since you are staying in our home you have access to the all our umbrellas, and beach towels. There are sand chairs and other beach supplies stored in the deck box on the patio or in the washroom.
We have added a ring doorbell with camera and 1 Ecco-bee and Nest thermostats.

Wow! We had an amazing stay. This place feels like home. Mary is an awesome host that has thought of everything. She is very easy to communicate with and makes sure her place is the absolute best for you. Some highlights from our stay is that you park in front of the front door- no stairs- and the bottom floor has a full bath for those that can't do stairs, a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar with espresso machine and kuerig, amazing water pressure, and if you rent a Sandhelper wheelchair for anyone that can't walk in sand, they will drop if off to the front door then you can ride down the street to the public access and down the beach to the back of the condo. The guy that picked it up said they would leave it at the public access as well. I can't tell you how unique and awesome this place is, literally nothing but beach in-between you and the ocean. Not even a sand dune.

We've stayed in several properties from this host and they are always wonderful! Mary is so kind and has excellent communication. This condo has several key upgrades, including wonderful mattresses - which is so helpful for a restful vacation. We love this place, the view, and that we can walk right out the front door and be on the beach. It's so quiet and private in this section of town. We'll be back soon!

This property was absolutely perfect for us. From our own private beach to the well-stocked kitchen, all the details made our vacation one to remember. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was close to everything, shopping, food, fishing. You could not ask for a better location. Great Stay!!! Right on the BeachOver the years I have rented many different homes at the beach and this one was, by far, my favorite. It will be my first choice for future visits. The location is absolutely perfect; away from all of the crowds but conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. Sunsets on the patio were a perfect way to relax and recharge.The home was beautifully decorated, well furnished, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The attention to detail was amazing. Everyone in my party was impressed with the accommodations. Mary was a perfect host. She is so kind and has excellent communication. I will recommend her to everyone I know and I look forward to my next visit.

The location is perfect. With little kids, the access to the sand couldn't have been better. Bayou Bills and Shades were great dinner spots and Publix is super close too.

Wonderful Location and Condo

Wow - this place is very well appointed. Everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation. Having use of the beach chairs and umbrellas was a plus. Access to the beach was top notch. Mary is an excellent and attentive host. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking.

Why they chose this property

We were fortunate enough to rent from someone we knew that owned one of the townhouses. Since they so rarely came up for sale when someone wanted to sell we happily bought it. After changing everything from a guy pad to match our style we opened it up to rent. When the last storm came through we bought another unit there and stopped renting this town house. We redecorated with top of the line appliances and made it more like our home away from home. Since we live on a lake we aren't down as often so we decided to open our vacation home up again to adults that are responsible and take care of nicer places then you usually have at the beach.

What makes this property unique

Beside having the most wonderful view to see the white sand, great sunsets and see and hear the ocean waves you get the use of our personal gear. Stainless cookware, spices, books, shampoo/conditioners.
