Coastal designed home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a screened lanai with Portable charcoal barbecue grill. Located close to beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Sun Splash water park is just down the street. Close to Cape Coral entertainment district with many restaurants. Also close to Downtown Fort Myers entertainment district and Caloosahatchee River waterfront. Enjoy!

This is the second time we have stayed at Claudia’s place. It is terrific for a family of four. Great location. Claudia is wonderful and responsive. Perfect option.

Relax in clean, nicely decorated home

Home is in a very nice neighborhood, very conveniently located, close to grocery stores and shopping centers, restaurants, and beaches. Owner is very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Cute super clean House

We had an awesome time in Florida. This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no issues with the house. The beds were super comfy and the restrooms were super clean.

Cape Coral Getaway

The house was even better than advertised and perfect for our group of mature adults. Upon arrival the home was spotless. Claudia was a great hostess who communicated well and responded to any questions that we had promptly. One thing that could make the rental better would be a gas grill rather than the charcoal grill that was provided.

Great experience!

Everything about our stay was outstanding throughout our 12 night reservation! Claudia, the owner, must be an interior decorator as evidenced by the home's wonderful decor. The home feels very clean and updated. The home is very well-equipped and everything is in good working order. We felt completely comfortable in every room. We ate many meals on the screened in patio, which we particularly enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants a very short drive away. The arrival information was clear and helpful. Claudia also provided a book with local suggestions, which we used and found very helpful. When we had just a question or two, Claudia was very prompt to respond. We certainly recommend this home, and we would certainly return if and when we are staying in the area again.
