About this property

Our cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia is perfect for a couple's getaway, girl's weekend or bring the whole family. We are located just outside the main entrance of the Fairystone State Park in a quiet and safe cabin community. Our cabin sleeps six to eight people comfortably. The kids can safely ride their bikes around the paved driveways while you relax in rocking chairs on the front porch and simply enjoy the peace and quiet. Or you can settle in with a good book by the gas fireplace. In and around Stuart are opportunities for shopping, fishing, exploring, and dining. Nearby towns feature quaint shops, vineyard tours, wine tasting and scheduled festivals year round.

Our family visited this area on vacation and fell in love with a property similar to this one. We are from the tidewater area of VA and are both self-employed so we understand how important it is for families to get away and spend time together, in a place that is relaxing but still has modern conveniences. I love being a host and am always available for my guests.

Why they chose this property

Our property is spacious and relaxing. All the beds are extremely comfortable. We are located in a cul de sac, with only other renters passing through. Sit on the front porch in rocking chairs and enjoy the peace and quiet or on the back deck with comfy, padded patio furniture and a gas fire pit. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is on site.

What makes this property unique

We offer games and puzzles, books for reading, a full kitchen with baking dishes, crock pots, etc. There is also a gas grill on the back deck. There is soap, shampoo and hair dryers in all the bathrooms for your convenience. The washer & dryer is available for your use, so you don't have to do laundry when you get home from vacation.
