East 1604 offers a vibrant, fresh feel with hardwood flooring throughout and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the beachfront balcony outfitted with poly-wood furniture. The dining area offers seating for six and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also centrally located in the condo for extra convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bathroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
