This stylish and comfortable home features a breathtaking panorama overlooking the park’s West Entrance and is a true haven for wildlife. Despite its peaceful seclusion, the location is wonderfully convenient—just over three miles from both the West Entrance and the village of Joshua Tree. The shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities of Yucca Valley are less than 10 miles to the west, while Twentynine Palms is approximately 18 miles to the east.

At home, sip your coffee while watching a spectacular sunrise from the backyard or screened patio, then step inside to prepare breakfast when hunger strikes. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen, making it ideal for gathering together. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, warm butcher-block countertops, and ample cabinetry for preparing everything from simple snacks to full meals. Enjoy dining indoors at the table or take your meals outside on the patio. After a day exploring the ethereal landscapes of Joshua Tree National Park, return home to unwind in the evening. Stream the latest releases or use the free high-speed WiFi to catch up on remote work at the dedicated workstation. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
