Beach Bungalow with beachy vibe
Flip Flop Flamingo Beach Bungalow is a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with a heated spa/pool is close to the beach, Flagler Avenue with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the Canal historical district. Centrally located on the paradise island of New Smyrna Beach with a large, fenced back yard and plenty of space for everyone and adequte parking for 2 vehicles. Updated and tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe. Enjoy a master bedroom with a King size bed and two additional bedrooms with a queen size bed and another with full size bunkbeds. The living/kitchen area is an open floor plan and an additonal room with a large dining table, seating for 8, looking out over the back yard. There is a patio in the back yard with seating for 12, BBQ and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, and the home has everything you will need to just bring your personal belongings and enjoy your beach vacation. Small dogs under 40lbs considered. Samsung streaming TV. Gas allowance of 100$ per month which includes heating spa/pool. Guests agrees to pay gas expenses above the allowance.
