Immaculate Heated Pool & Spa Villa-Awesome Amenities-6 Min to Beach
Go to YouTube and search for “Welcome to Sunrise Deluxe” to watch a video of our villa. Welcome to Sunrise Deluxe Villa, located in a quiet laid-back neighborhood with that Old Florida charm, just a quick drive to Manasota Beach, shopping plazas & restaurants.
This custom, one-of-a-kind villa is like your own upscale, private resort with wonderful amenities inside and out.
The main attraction of villa is the private outdoor oasis with a heated saltwater pool and a spacious spa. You can control the pool settings (temp, light, water features) with the provided remote control. The pool lights, water features, and waterfall make the patio area feel like a private resort. The patio is completely screened in and has a dining table, TV, pool loungers and sectional couches giving our guests plenty of sitting areas. The villa is surrounded by lash, mature landscaping and an 8FT privacy fence all around.
With over 2,100 sq feet of indoor living space, there is room for everyone.
The modern kitchen features, stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances (induction cooktop, built in microwave, oven, fridge and a beverage cooler), center island with breakfast bar that seats 3, a coffee/tea station and a breakfast nook. There are small appliances like an Air fryer, crockpot, blender and an electric wine opener, wine glasses etc.
The family room has a 65-inch Smart TV equipped with YouTube TV 2 comfy couches, games and books. The large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool.
The formal living room has a sofa and additional sitting. The formal dining room has a large, elegant table and sitting for 6.
The master suite is secluded from the other bedrooms, it has a split King bed with an adjustable base and two separate remote controls, so that each person can choose their favorite sleeping/sitting position. There is even a massage option!!! There are 2 walk-in closets and a spacious master bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The large sliding doors leads to the patio/pool area.
The other two bedrooms are located on the right side of the house and share the second bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a large closet.
The second bathroom has a large vanity, a tub/shower combo and a linen closet.
There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use. We provide the detergent.

We are a husband-and-wife team. We love to travel and discover new places. Hosting and sharing our homes with others became our passion as we stive to provide our guests with comfortable & memorable stays. We don’t believe in the basics, so our properties are equipped with quality items and everything you would need for a fun vacay. We have put our heart and soul into setting up our rentals and we hope you will love them as much as we do. It’s always 5 o’clock in paradise!

The location is very convenient for exploring the nearby beaches, golfing, downtown Venice, Englewood, Wallen Park, Punta Gorda & Sarasota. A few shopping plazas are just a few minute drive, including Walmart Supercenter, Publix, Target (1 mile), Aldi (3 miles) etc.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a mix of older and new build homes in the heart of the bird's sanctuary, which is home to more than 300 species.

Our past guests rave about the beauty and comfort of this villa and appreciate all of the extras that we provide (welcome basket, bath salts, toiletries, beach gear, pool toys, beach towels, the fully stacked kitchen etc.).
It is hard not to fall in love with this home. Everything from the manicured exterior to the elegant interior and the stunning pool area is impressive. We absolutely love the privacy and resort like vibes by the pool.
The house has plenty of areas to relax and unwind and is tastefully furnished and decorated with new, high-quality items.
This is the perfect place for an upscale family or friends' getaway.
Pool and spa heat is included in price, and you get to set your own temperature using the provided remote control. Please note, there is only one heater, so either the pool or the spa can be heated at a certain time.
