This is a beautiful house. When you drive up it's a definite WOW. Located in a quiet welcoming neighborhood.

The open, airy living room features comfortable new furnishings, a bright beautiful stone accent wall and fantastic floors. It's a bright sunny room with HDTV and internet.

A wall of sliding doors opens up to a large covered outdoor area with additional dining tables, chairs and comfortable seating areas overlooking a beautiful pool. The pool is heated and surrounded by lush landscaping for your privacy.

The fully stocked kitchen and dining area are open to the the living area. The nearby closet holds the washer/dryer. Beyond is access to a 2 car garage.

The split floor plan provides privacy for the 3 bedrooms. These are tastefully decorated for that warm homey feeling. The master bath has a shower and whirlpool tub.

One guest room has a Queen bed and the third room has two twin beds and a shared bath.

This is an outstanding vacation experience filled with comfort, privacy, convenience and visual beauty.

Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers an 80-acre preserve which links up with a 10-mile bike trail.

Visit beautiful downtown Venice Island. Stroll the palm-tree lined streets where you'll
find unique shops and dining. Sarasota is 25 minutes away, Tampa 1.5 hours and Orlando about 2 hours.

The property was lovely and the pool was great. We also appreciated how they provided many extras, such as cleaning supplies, extra paper towels etc. we just moved in and enjoyed the home. The location was convenient and close to the beaches and downtown Venice.

We were very happy with our stay. The location was perfect and close to all of our favorite places to go in the Sarasota area. This place was super clean, very affordable and met all of our needs for our 2 week end of summer vacation. The communication from the host and property manager was super easy and pleasant, as well as appreciated.I cannot recommend a better place than this house and host. We had a great time! The house and pool were clean and well stocked. Communication was very quick and easy. The location was great. It was less than 10 minutes to downtown Venice and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip!

There is only one thing to say about this trip. It was AMAZING! Jerry was an amazing host, and the house was everything we could have asked for. The pool was wonderful; the location was good, and all the amenities were just what we needed for our girlfriend's getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jerrys Villa. The house was spotlessly clean as was the pool area. Master bed was so comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet road and area. Very close to shamrock park which was great to bike and walk around. Wally who manages the property was a great guy and him and his wife are doing a great job managing the villa. Wally even bought my husband some fishing rods to borrow during our stay which was so nice of him. Overall stay was excellent as was the communication with Jerry. We are very sorry to have to leave and go home !

Perfect on many levels!

We loved it! Great location… close to everything. Very clean, right down to the grout in the shower! Bed is very comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. Beautifully decorated..very detailed. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We definitely recommend and would stay here again. Great location for us - just one mile from Shamrock Park - we cycled on the Venetian Waterway & Legacy Trails several times, right from the house. Enjoyed many walks in the park. Close to Manasota Key Beach - favorite beach. Also Sharky's and public pier very close by. A few beaches are still closed, but so many nearby to enjoy!House was great for us. Quiet neighborhood, loved having a garage for our bikes (there were two bikes at the house as well). Nice beach amenities - towels, umbrella, beach cart, chairs, etc. We cooked in a lot, so a well stocked kitchen and good spice rack was handy. Nice extras in bathroom as well - shampoo, sun burn moisturizer, q-tips, etc. We had a great time! Thank you!
