This spacious downtown mansion boasts a private library in the sunroom, dedicated billiard room with multiple TVs, loaded game room in basement, and a hidden vintage speakeasy. If that's not enough, enjoy the massive backyard off the back deck just beneath the Vulcan statue. The home rests quietly in the heart of Birmingham's Southside district, blocks away from UAB's medical facilities, Dreamland BBQ & Mellow Mushroom. 5-10 minutes from everything.

We are local and always a quick phone call away!

Restaurants, bars, Top Golf and Protective Stadium are all a short car drive from the house and city scooters are available throughout the neighborhood.
****NO PARTIES ALLOWED*** $1500 fine plus damages, as well as immediate removal if this policy is violated.

We booked this house for a bachelor trip for a group of 12 guys. The house itself was spacious and exactly as pictured. Our only complaint was that the pool table was not playable as advertised, the balls all rolled to one side and was in rough shape which was a bummer because it was one of main reason we booked this place.

Wow, this house is amazing! I was blown away by how spacious this place is. The historic charm is indescribable without seeing for yourself. My volleyball players, families, and I (the coach) all stayed here and had such a memorable experience. If you have a large group, look no further, this is a must see! Hard to beat!!

This was our second stay. The house is so cool and has lots of unique space for spending time together. The house has a great vibe and the owner/manager is very responsive. It's close to excellent BBQ and downtown places. Since it's older, it has charm and amenities you won't find in most rentals. I highly recommend it.
