Oceanvillas Curacao is a 1 minute drive to the beach and you can also walk in 10 minutes just down the hill. The VRBO listing google maps does not take into account the our Private beach lagoon located in the gated resort of Coral Estate. The site shows the closest beach as 7 minutes drive away. This is incorrect, only 1 minute drive to Karakter Beach Club.

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE:
• Electricity usage is 15 KWh/occupied bedroom/day. This is based on 2 persons per occupied room. Example: If you are 4 people you should use 2 bedrooms. If you choose to use 3 or 4 bedrooms you will exceed these limits and be charged for over usage. (anything in excess of this will be deducted from your security deposit)
• Water allowance is 5m³/week (anything in excess of this will be deducted from your security deposit)

DISCLAIMER. Photos of the villa were taken in direct sunlight shortly after it was constructed many years ago. The villa has been lived in since then by many happy returning guests. If your expectation for the villa is that is brand new, showroom ready this is not possible. DO NOT book the villa!

CANCELLATION POLICY
While VRBO may display a “No Cancellation” policy, our Cancellation Policy as outlined in our Rental Agreement applies.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to rebook the villa for your dates.

120+ days before arrival:
• $400 cancellation fee (non-refundable)
• If rebooked in full: 100% of your deposit refunded (less $400 fee)
• If partially rebooked: prorated refund based on rebooked nights (less $400 fee)

Less than 120 days before arrival:
• $750 cancellation fee (non-refundable)
• If rebooked in full: deposit refunded (less $750 fee)
• If partially rebooked: prorated refund based on rebooked nights (less $750 fee)

After arrival:
• No refunds for early departure
