Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Check out time is 10am • Used bedding to remain on the beds unmade • Place dirty towels in the bathtubs • Load all dirty dishes in the dishwater and start • Remove all personal items
• All trash to be bagged, removed from house, placed in outside trash cans and brought to the front for trash pick-up air conditioning to 75 degrees
Smoking of any kind is not allowed • A maximum of 8 guests are allowed to stay overnight • No parties, events or large gatherings • No pets • Keep music and noise outside to a reasonable level
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love hosting our place. It is our second home. As host we are very hands on and maintain our home so our guest can enjoy it. It's our getaway from the city without having to go too far.

Why they chose this property

We love the Bay! It's quiet, peaceful far enough to make you feel like you are away but not too far from home. We love being close to the Jourdan River where we take our boat out and spend the day on the water.

What makes this property unique

This is our second home so we treat it that way. We have lot's of amenities and that cozy feel. We are hands on and take care of our property.
