Waterfront home. Excellent views and fishing. Perfect getaway

This home quietly sits on Bayou Arcadia with beautiful views of the bayou and miles of marsh. Full boating access with private boat launch. Large deck with outdoor seating, swing, and table. Sleeps 6 Master bedroom with king size bed and beautiful views. Master bathroom includes custom walk-in shower. Second bedroom with queen size bed and day bed with trundle. ( One twin size XL and one regular twin size mattress ) Guest bathroom includes tub/shower combo. Full kitchen, washer dryer and fireplace. Hammock and barbecue downstairs. Covered parking under the house. Private boat launch. Two piers, plenty of crab traps and fishing off the piers if not bringing your own boat. Small tacklebox and 2 rods provided. Two kayaks and a canoe with paddles and life jackets also provided (require agreeing to release of liability for use) Very secluded and safe area. Hulu TV, Wi-Fi , Netflix included. Approximately 2 miles from the beach by car. Approximately a 10 minute boat ride out the bayou through the bay and into the Mississippi Sound/Gulf. Great fishing. Great escape. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Casino with spa and golf nearby. Owner locally available for any assistance. Children welcome however should be fully supervised due to open water and second story. Makes for a great fishing camp or just a romantic couple's getaway.

Bay house

Crab traps and bayou with crabs right in back yard. Nice bay view of sunsets and afternoon storms. Very relaxing location but still an easy drive to popular coastal restaurants. Plan to stay again.

Best place in the Pass!

Our most favorite place to stay on the coast!! We have stayed here a couple of times and we just love it here!! The view!! The quiet mornings on the water! The bird watching! SPECTACULAR!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay for my husband and me!

Great visit in the snow

Another great stay even with several inches of snow. The hosts we're great and communication was excellent. Fishing was good despite the cooler weather than expected.

Great Place

It’s a very nice house on the edge of the marsh. Perfect place if you want to relax and do a little fishing. If beaches are your thing, it’s a 10-20 minute drive from multiple beaches that are family friendly. Very laid back area with tons of options on restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and intend to go back to visit in the future.

Just What the Family Needed

This is an absolute Jem of a property. The location is quiet and secluded with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The hosts have done a great job so we immediately settled into a relaxing week of fishing, crabbing, and exploring.

Wonderful surprises

This house offers so many wonderful surprises for the reasonable rates. Stunning views , fireplace, personal dock, great fishing right there on the banks. It even has it's own boat ramp/launch. Kayaks that is for guest use. Fishing gear is provided and bowls of chocolates were in every room. Close to Gulfport and Biloxi, short drive to New Orleans. Like I said, wonderful surprises.

Paradise on the Bayou!

This was our second time staying at Jimmy and Ashley's and once again it was wonderful! They ensured the home was super comfortable and cozy and you just can't beat the bay view and access from the property. They are the most gracious hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This is a very special place and we will be back again!

Could not have been happier with this place. We chartered a boat to take us out to the islands and he was able to pick us up from the pier on the property. Beautiful sunsets, privacy at the end of the street, very clean and cozy accommodation. We will be back

"Perfect Place to slow down and relax"

Wonderful week!

Perfect relaxing and comfortable home. Beautiful views and excellent location. Private setting yet close to great restaurants and activities. The host made sure we had everything we needed and that he was available if we had any issues (which we did not). The week was perfect and the boat launch on site was a great bonus. Relaxing Fishing Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfy waterfront home! Very clean, gorgeously decorated and they thought of everything you could ever need on your vacation. The sunset views are breathtaking! The boys had very good luck fishing right off the dock. They caught catfish, redfish, ladyfish and drum. They had better luck fishing right off the dock than on the expensive guided boat ride! We hope to be back soon and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Riverside get away

Property was located at the end of a quiet street with a nice vista of the river and marshland. Bed was comfortable, the master bath could use a little more lighting and the kitchen and living area were very homey and nicely decorated. We had fun fishing off the pier both during day and night (bring bug spray). The owners where very to communicate with and attentive to all our needs. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

Great Location

Property located in a very quiet neighborhood on the river. Very relaxed stay. Owner was very responsive to our communication. The location is central to many of the Gulf coast attractions from Pascagoula to New Orleans. We highly recommend a trip to the WWII museum in New Orleans. We made two trips and still did not see everything. The food in the area restaurants was generally above average to excellent. The owners recommendations were spot on. Thanks for everything.
