Hübsche Wohnung im Hotspot von Prag.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der hübschen Wohnung. Der Zugang über eine Wendeltreppe ist gut machbar aber auch fordernd. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Das bringt aber natürlich Massen an Touristen vor der Haustür mit. Im 4.Stock ist es aber ruhig. Check out ist 10 Uhr und nicht wie angegeben 11 Uhr. Kein Riesen Problem aber mit einer entsprechenden Zugbuchung hatten wir auf dem Bahnhof dann etwas mehr Zeit als erwartet;).

Great Location But…

You cannot deny the perfect location of this apartment. It was a 1min walk to the astronomical clock and right in the heart of old town. Our issue was the accuracy of the online listing. Firstly, it was advertised as having air conditioning, it does not. I questioned Michael right away upon our arrival ( even screen shot the air con in the listing) and he apologized saying there was a miscommunication on the listing. Secondly, the apartment says it sleeps 5, the 3rd bed is a cot with a thin mattress pad and unusable. My two adult daughters had to share a bed which is fine but might not suit all travellers needs. Thirdly, the listing states that there is a tub/shower combination. The only person that could stand in this shower would be a 3yr old due to the slant of the roof. There is NO shower, just a tub with a hand held. And lastly, the listing needs to disclose the stairs to get to this apartment. It is located on the 4th floor but there is no elevator and the staircase is a narrow spiral one with 76 steps!! We had some large suitcases and this was a struggle but anyone with mobility issues would have found this apartment difficult to access . Along with the apartment’s great location it was clean and Michael was very responsive to any questions I had.

Lovely stay in Old Town!

This fourth floor walk-up was worth it! Street traffic was a little noisy at night but the location was beautiful and in the center of everything, the property manager and staff were extremely helpful, kind, and communicative, and we were so close to the Charles Bridge. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend this location and this host.
