Growing up, it was always a treat to visit Fayetteville from my hometown of Rogers. I always loved traveling to see where the RAZORBACKS practiced and played, as well as visiting the Northwest Arkansas Mall.

This property sits in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is being remodeled and revamped by several young investors from the area.
The mayor lives at the end of the street so it's a safe place to stay!
This is the perfect location for anyone visiting the Campus or simply visiting Northwest Arkansas.
From the driveway you can see the Razorback indoor track and field center and the highway.
