Violet’s Farmhouse is a newly built house featuring a mix of antique and new furnishings. Our farmhouse is located in a secluded neighborhood in West Fayetteville and has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with enough room for 8 guests. This brand new home has hardwood floors throughout (no carpet), brand new mattresses, and brand new appliances. If you have a cooking aficionado in your group they’ll love cooking on our 8-burner gas stove range and oven.

LOCATION! Our farmhouse is conveniently located minutes away from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Walgreens, Starbucks, and many other local restaurants. Coming to visit the University of Arkansas? It’s only 10-15 minutes away. We’re also down the hill from the Centennial Park for those interested in mountain biking.

*For the moment parking is located in the street.

The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions.

A lovingly restored family farmhouse. The kitchen is particularly well done with modern appliances with retro styling (including an 8 burner gas stove!)We were in Fayetteville for bike races at Centennial Park and the location was perfect-for MTB races, easy ride to the trails. Ethan is one of the best hosts we've had in many yrars of using VRBO. We will definitely be back!

We were on our annual sisters trip and decided to explore Arkansas. Violet’s Farmhouse was the perfect home base for our daily trips around Fayetteville and surrounding towns. This farmhouse is the PERFECT family home. The spacious layout, the 3 bedroom and 3 bath set up is phenomenal. The master shower is beautiful. Everything is clean but carries the most comfortable feel. As soon as you walk in ypu feel as you have stepped back into your grandparents home as a child. The fully stocked kitchen is a pleasure to use. The extra living room up stairs kept the kids entertained. And allowed us peace. Our host Mr. Ethan handled every need that popped up quickly and efficiently. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Fayetteville.

Wonderful stay

We loved this property! It was a great location, convenient to everything. We came in town to attend the men's basketball game and the gymnastics meet - our son attends UArk. It was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The media room was great for watching the Super Bowl with our son and his two roommates. I love the decor - so many touches that reminded me of my childhood and visiting my grandmothers.
