Great home in a quiet neighborhood

This is a beautiful home that was recently redone because of hurricane Ian. The pool is quite large and very nice. The home was clean when we arrived and had a snack package with starter items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, laundry and dishwasher soap. There were plenty of towels, which was good because the washing machine's agitator broke while we were there. I reported it, and they indicated they would send someone to fix it. This didn't happen while we were there. The pool felt cool when we arrived and Wendy came over right away and adjusted the temperature for us. My understanding from the couple who rented after us is a new washer and dryer were ordered. The pool and lanai area are really nice. The grill needs be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned with new burner covers. I cleaned it while we were there because we love to grill. A new one would better compliment the beautiful lanai! Trust me, you want to be out there to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets! It is a wonderful home which is really pretty in a great neighborhood.

Great time

Neighborhood very quiet, easy access for shopping, we enjoyed our time greatly, it just went by too fast. Kitchen etc., very well stocked. Only thing we missed was a hot tub. Would go back again for sure

Marvellous Spot

Place is spotless. Beautiful clean heated pool. Lovely decor. Central to many things to do nature trails, shopping, beaches all within 30 min or so. Publix 4min. Coffee maker is a kurig. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella also few sand toys for kids. There are also two bikes. The commmunication from the ITrip management was outstanding. Highly recommend

Beautiful home

This house was perfect for our family of five. There was an abundance of supplies that were readily available such as towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, soap (kitchen and bath), towels and blankets! It was very clean upon our arrival which was a huge perk for me! The bikes were an added bonus for riding in the evening and the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip after being on the boat all day. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing place to stay during our visit!
