Probably the cleanest, nicest, well-equipped rental I have ever stayed in. The rentals I have stayed in usually use basic supplies and used furniture and bedding. This home was decorated nicely and had very comfortable beds. Lots of amenities including a relaxing pool!

Very enjoyable well layed out home. We were able to enjoy the wonderful pool with jets. Able to watxh tv from pool. Rooms were extra clean. Would stay here again!

Great stay!!

We were very comfortable in this house and neighborhood. Quick and easy to get to downtown Punta Gorda. Enjoyed the pool, the grill, and the fire pit very much…Plus comfortable beds and an extremely well-equipped kitchen! Rob is a fantastic host!!

Everything was great except that the back sliding door was very hard to open. We finally figured out how to open it from the opposite side, but the blinds were always in the way. I was also surprised there weren't child locks on all the sliding doors. The pool was amazing, the house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Extra extra extra clean, I want to say that this is the cleanest short term rental I have ever rented. Also, everything is labeled (Fans, lights, doors, ect) that was super helpful to navigate the property. AAA extra recommended.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. House was so welcoming, clean, and had so many extras. From the welcome trays on the beds to the essentials in each bathroom, our hosts went above and beyond. This is my first stay where I didn’t have to run out to buy items like detergent, sandwich bags, coffee filters, salt and pepper, and so many other little things. Beautiful house in a great location. Host was quick to respond and made sure our stay was perfect.

Great House

Comfortable, clean, and plenty of amenities to make your stay fantastic! Our kids loved the pool and they really thought of everything for guests to enjoy their stay. The house is located in quiet Punta Gorda Isle located close to downtown, fishermans village, and military museum.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved the home! Everything was top notch!! The pool was so enjoyable! We never used the fire pit but we enjoyed sitting there watching the sunset! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home!

Great house

We stay at a lot of VRBO's and this was definitely one of the nicest houses we have stayed at. It is a beautifully decorated house. The owner provide coffee, creamer, wine, bottled water, and other toiletries which most places don't offer. We would absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Boating, fishing and fun! The house had everything we needed! Very clean and super comfortable! Located conveniently to everything. Before our trip the owner was very responsive and helpful! ENJOY!!
