About this property

Spacious Modern Lake Retreat w/ Deck! Only a short Walk to Swimming and Fishing!

Our modern retreat is just one block up the hill from beautiful Lake Texoma. Being situated so close to the water lets you walk out the front door straight to the lakefront park for swimming, hiking, fishing, and relaxing in nature.

The house is just a 5 minute drive to both Cedar Mills Marina and Megastar Casino! At the marina are boat slips, a boat ramp, a gift shop, and Pelican's Landing: a restaurant with great food, a bar, and stunning panoramic views of the lake.

The deck on the side of the house is a great place to sit, relax, and grill out while enjoying the great outdoors. In the yard nearby is a hammock and cornhole as well as other outdoor games. Inside the open-concept floorplan gives plenty of space for you and your entire group to make yourselves at home.

The living room has high vaulted ceilings and seating for the entire family on the large couch and recliners. In the middle of the room is a large electric fireplace and a smart TV with plenty of streaming options. There is also a dinning space large enough to fit the whole family around! The game room is another great place to hang out with a foosball table and plenty of board games.

Our brand new central AC system will keep you cool in the summer heat and cozy warm during the winter!

There are plenty of places to sleep with 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a full bed, and one bunkroom with one twin and one full bunkbed. And in the game room there is a fold out sofa bed.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire property with keypad entry.

The driveway has room to park up to 4-5 cars or a medium sized boat.

A flat screen TV with local channels and streaming services on an Amazon firestick are provided. Good WIFI and a workspace are available if you want to relax and work remotely.

Texoma Fishing Trip

We had a nice stay, our cabin was clean and nice with plenty of amenities! Kids enjoyed the foosball and corn hole games, nice fire pit for the evenings! Cody was very quick to answer and help with any questions we had!

Perfect getaway house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house! The desk/office area was great for WFH and the kids loved the fire pit for Smores. The house was very clean, well maintained and neighbors were friendly! The host Cody was quick to respond and also friendly. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

The house was clean and had plenty of room for 5. Beds and pilloelwa were good. This house is in the back of the neighborhood. Thw streetsfeel narrow if your pulling a boat. Parking a large boat is possible going thru the ditch. Overall was good experience

This property was perfect for our family and fur babies! We so enjoyed the home, its outside deck and the backyard. The home was extremely clean upon arrival and easy access. Definitely a place we would book again if in the area. Cody was fantastic to deal with when booking and was quick to respond if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, well furnished & equipped. We had plenty of room to spread out or gather for games & family fun. Awesome time by all

We were looking for a place to stay while we did a guided fishing outing and saw this place. Everything was clean and the place was well maintained. Cody made sure there was plenty of things to do while we were resting between outings and before we left. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great safe and clean environment. We will try to book again in October for our next fishing trip.

Affordable clean fun

For the price this place is a gem!! It was clean and sleeps 10. Host was great! Kitchen is stocked with basics. The porch was wonderful as was the outdoor fire pit. The foosball table was a hit with everyone from grandparents to kids. Cons: windows all have white plastic mini blinds making it hard to sleep in, walls are super thin, beds are crazy firm (not my preference) and it does have the musky lake house smell.

Nice Retreat

Nice home. The host is very responsive to questions. The bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms and kitchen has all the amenities of home. There was wood laid in the fire pit when we arrived. A beautiful deck to sit and have your morning coffee. The house is about a half mile walk to the water. It was a nice walk and there was a park with picnic tables. The marina is only a few minutes drive. We would definitely stay again!
