About this property

This house is a 3 bedroom(s), 2 bathrooms, located in Pottsboro, TX.

Come and relax on Lake Texoma! Say in our newly remodeled home with in minutes of walking to our neighborhood sandy beach and boat ramp. We offer the best Master Suite with a breezy up stairs deck, a fire place, and a spa like shower. Down stairs we have a spacious living room, two bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Cook outside on our grill or make s'mores on the fire pit. We also offer a golf cart for rent so you get the whole lake experience. You will create memories here!

You will be able to use everything at our property. There is a key for the boat ramp on the house keys. The lake is free to everyone!

Master suite is a king size bed, the two downstairs bedrooms are queen, there is a twin futon in the open area and in the living room there is a twin pull out of the big chair. If you need more sleeping arrangements you can rent the Bungalow next door and it has two queen bunkbeds.

We are less than 10 min from Denison and 15 min to Sherman.

Choctaw Casino is 30 minutes away

We are less than a 5 minute walk to the lake or the boat ramp. Hiking trails are across the street. Plenty of good restaurants less than a 5 min drive. Shopping in downtown Denison is so much fun! Fish is so good on this lake. Our guest seem to max out all the time.

Casino is less than 20 minutes! See if you're lucky!!!!!!

Good space for a lake weekend at Texoma

Property was clean, and all things functional. The AC worked great, which is always a plus at a Texas lake house! The layout was a tad odd, but definitely had plenty of open useable space for our two families with small children. The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom were lovely, a few other items could use updating/repair, but nothing major. Overall, for cleanliness, price, location and what we used it for, we enjoyed our stay!

House was dirty, what yard was there was overgrown, trim falling off the house, neighborhood is pretty ghetto. It was close to the boat dock, so that was nice. We ended up leaving a day early to stay in a cleaner place. Pottsboro is a great area, when we come back, we’ll stay somewhere else.

Nice place

I was very concerned about the lack of a handrail on the stairs. Also, there were not a lot of necessities in the kitchen. We had to go buy mixing bowls just to make our meals. There is no mixer and very few pans. The lighting in the back yard needs to be addressed also. That all sounds negative but the house was nice and the beds were comfortable. We did enjoy our stay.

The downstairs tv did not work at all, the upstairs tv did work, but the volume level had to changed in settings, no volume control on the remote. When volume was changed, we would have to connect to the internet all over again. This is my only complaint.

The area us ridiculous, very wooded and had weeds in the front, spider webs over the door, mold on the steps and an old messed up looking refrigerator that look like it came from the thrift store. The host lied about the property belonging to her and didn't want to refund our money. It should be advertised as no closets or furniture. VERY DISAPPOINTED! We had to leave after 1st night.

The outside of the property could use some sprucing up but the inside was great. Plenary of room to spread out and easy access to dock and other amenities.

For a no pet VRBO this place was covered in dog hair! The couch and chairs had food crumbs all over them! Dirty dishes in the cabinet! Bed sheets had not been washed! Parking for a boat was not as described! This mishap left us scrambling to find a place on short notice that could accommodate us! The host did fully refund our money!
