Brand new, custom built home with 180 degree Ocean view. Just completed. "Walk to the beach across Hwy 1. Hike the mountain behind the house and see spectacular Central Coast from Morro Bay Rock to North Cayucos.

This is a beautiful brand new home. The upstairs has kitchen, dining, living room, and master bedroom & 2 baths. Unbelievable 180 degree Ocean view. The entire home is being rented.
