Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time 11am
Load and start all towels in washer machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking, No Party Pet allow only 2 pets ( more than 2 must approve by host) Pet fee will add on if you not submit the pet fee in booking.
Maximum guests if 6 ( this house comfortable up to 8 guests, more than 6 guests must appove by host $50/person/nights will add on your booking)
Please clean up after your pet. We have a lot of guests with children and toddlers. No glassware near or in hot tub (Broken glass fine up to $1000).
