Kairos Farm offers a carefully restored 1860 barn combining the natural beauty of hand hewn beams and the comforts of home. The barn is set on a 30 acre working farm in the heart of Metamora horse country and minutes away from quaint downtown Metamora.
Bring your bikes and take a ride on our protected natural beauty roads or pack a lunch to picnic by the river. There are also plenty of restaurants, golf courses, antique shops, cider mills, and grocery stores all within a short drive.

Great spot for a friend weekend!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a friend weekend. It's got plenty of social space to do a variety of activities but still all be together! Property is beautifully maintained and decorated. Strongly recommend - we hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful and unique place

Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and well stocked. Friendly owners and were so helpful. They made our stay warm, welcoming and memorable.

Pure Heaven

This home and property was absolute perfection. We stayed here as a family of 7 people. The owners are by far some of the most lovely people I have ever met in my life. Not only will we be back, I wish I could move here! Don’t hesitate booking this place, you will LOVE it!

Family Getaway

Mark and Callie were incredible hosts. It rained most of the time that we were there, but there was still plenty to do. We enjoyed the extensive vegetable and flower garden, and the kids loved to help feed all the animals. But their favorite part was fishing in the creek. Be prepared to be “cut off” as we had no cell service or wifi during our stay, due to the location. Our family definitely made memories that will last a lifetime.
