Cooperstown Dreams Park

We stayed here while our boys were at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location was great. The host was awesome. Set up of house was a little odd. Really wish there was a bathroom in the second queen upstairs or upstairs that did not require going through the other bedrooms. Otherwise house was perfect for our needs!

The Rally house

We enjoyed our time at this house! The house is perfect for 3 families- the kids enjoyed the game room and outdoor adventures. The kitchen is perfect size for gathering. We were ten minutes from Cooperstown dream fields which was fine for us!

Perfect Stay

I would highly recommend this property. We had such a lovely time. The house was perfectly maintained and very large…perfect for a family stay. The owners have renovated and go out of their way to make everything about the stay easy and comfortable. They have a fully stocked kitchen to make it easy for cooking; games for the kids; great communication…I could go on and on. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Cooperstown dream

Our vacation rental was spacious, clean and well appointed. Suzie, our host was available and helpful. There were many outdoor amenities such as frisbee golf, a fire pit, a hammock and truly beautiful grounds. The configuration of the rooms was a little awkward. Two of the secondary bedrooms (the bunk room and a queen bedroom) were Jack and Jill rooms, but each had its own bathroom. This is not unusual in old (but well maintained) homes. The kitchen was a dream. I wish that we had time to enjoy the house and amenities but our visit was all about baseball. All in all a wonderful stay.

I have lived in Cooperstown since 2019. I fell in love with the village of Cooperstown back in 2014 when I came to watch my youngest son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. After my youngest son went off to college, my husband and I decided to make the move to Cooperstown and haven't regretted it one bit! We live in the apartment that is above the garage with our cat Fergie. Don't worry - the entrance is totally separate from the house and your privacy is assured.

Why they chose this property

The location of the property is what really drew us to it. You are on 2+ acres and feel away from everything but yet you are so close to everything! It is also amazing to be able to walk over and see the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

What makes this property unique

The home backs up to miles of hiking trails, no driving necessary to get to them! The property is filled with lush landscape and so many tall trees - it is beautiful. The home has a large open kitchen for making home cooked meals and having good conversation. You are close enough to walk into the village if you desire, and minutes away from Cooperstown Dreams Park. If you are coming for the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, you can literally hear the speeches from the front porch!
