This recently updated 2-bedroom/3-bath townhome can comfortably sleep up to 7 people. There is a large, welcoming living area w/ cozy couches, flat-screen smart TV and gas fireplace The dining area has room for 6 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with large countertops. Off of the kitchen you will find a full bath, and access to the unit's one car heated garage, which makes it easy to "move in" to your home away from home.

Downstairs you will find both bedrooms and two more bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a twin over top, and an ensuite full-sized bath. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a twin bed and a trundle for extra guests. There is also an ensuite full-sized bath. Both bedrooms have ample closet space, and spare pillows and blankets. There is even an at-home Pacman machine that the kids will love!

Phoenix Townhomes are located in the mountain base area just 75 yards from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle! Phoenix Townhomes offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. The clubhouse also offers a pool table. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.

GETTING AROUND:
The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.

Great Spring Break Trip at Steamboat

The condo was perfect for our 3 night trip to Steamboat over spring break. Not ski in / ski out, but a very short walk to the lifts. Condo was comfortable, well appointed, and I liked having a garage to park.

We have stayed here a few times and always love it! It’s clean, fully stocked, cozy, close to everything and walking distance to great restaurants and the mountain! The hosts, Kendal and Jon, are wonderful and always available if needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Off-season stay

Location to the lifts is just mins walk away. Was able to ski down to the road, walk across and into the complex. private garage on main level to walk right into the house. parking (covered) right outside

Steamboat gem

Been to this condo twice - in the summer and winter and I can’t rave enough about it! For skiing the location is unbeatable. 1 min walk to the gondola/base area. The condo is newly remodeled and we love how the bedrooms are downstairs so it makes it easy to entertain. There’s a great burger place, brewery, and market right next door. Highly recommend staying here during your next visit!

Steamboat Springs Condo

The condo was quiet and comfortable. Short walk to the base of the ski resort. Garage is on the small side so it can only fit mid size SUV or smaller. Covered parking fills up quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfort & Location

We love “Karen’s Cabin” for many reasons, but let’s start with location. You cannot get a better location at this price. Literally a few steps from the gondola, a brewery, a restaurant, ski rentals and a market. You don’t need to use your own car between walking distance and the free shuttle. At the end of the ski day you can ski within a few paces of the front door! Ridiculous! Secondly, we love how comfortable this place was for us. It felt cared for and personal. All of the amenities you need for cooking meals, watching movies and relaxing after skiing in champagne powder. Oh and the hot tubs and heated pool are brand new. We will be back!
