Located on 9th street in Ocean City MD, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and great local hotspots. The unit has almost everything you need to enjoy a great vacation.
Linens, Towels and Beach Chairs (4) are provided.

The space
This beautifully decorated condo sits within walking distance of the boardwalk and several local eateries, attractions and rides.

The unit features a well appointed full eat-in kitchen as well as a separate dining area. Also included in-unit is a full size washer/dryer, Keurig Duo coffee maker and a gaming system on a 55 inch HDTV.

Each bedroom features comfortable queen bedding, 40 inch Smart TVs and wireless phone charging.

The 9th street area of the boardwalk is ideal with an Arcade, Public Restroom, Ice Cream and Pizza all on the same block.
Guest access
Upon reservation guests will be given a 4 digit pin code to access the Smart Lock. The unit has two assigned parking spaces in front of the unit.
Other things to note
While we welcome all guests, this unit is best for small families, married couple and responsible adults over the age of 25.

OC Wine Festival Vaca

Great location for our recent visit to OC for the Wine Festival. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Furnishings were comfortable and much more than we expected. Would DEFINITELY recommend this place.

Exceptional property and host

We loved this location, location, location. It was quiet from the street and a quick walk to the beach. The condo is absolutely the best appointed one I’ve even stayed at in OC, period. They’ve thought of everything for families and made it hotel comfortable. Updated, well decorated & maintained and zero problems (isn’t there always one?? —- not here). Also, this may be only a “me” thing, excellent water pressure.

Perfect location in OC Maryland!!

Stayed at location for 7 nights, when we arrived we found the place exactly as advertised and with a nice welcome basket. My husband and I and our 2 adult sons stayed. The rental write up stated that condo was good for a small family ( kids) but we found the condo perfect for what we were looking for but is also perfect for families with children! Condo was decorated beautifully with wonderfully thoughtful additions for families with small children. Location, location, location… was PERFECT!! Sure not on beach but 1 minute walk in either direction to ocean and bay. When going to beach, owners provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella in an outside shed as well as beach toys and smaller chairs for children. Bedrooms and kitchen have ceiling fans as well as 2 standing fans in bedroom closets. Take a chance in this OC Maryland condo and you will Not Be Disappointed!! ☀️☀️
