Why they chose this property

This is the main place we call home. The house is divided into a main section (the 3 bed, 2 bath) secluded from the suite with separate access points. This home is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood east side of Yuma. House has a heated pool with with the deepest end reaching 6 feet.

What makes this property unique

Like stated before the pool is heated with the back yard lined with artificial turf. two portable umbrellas for shade. The suite is near to shopping, a gym, and interstate access.
