In 2014 Misty & I relocated from Oregon to our date farm located in Wellton AZ. Although we initially intended to live in this home we both fell in love with farm living & only visit for a dip in the pool or a couple of nights getaway from the farm when guests are not staying. We active owners & enjoy spending time making improvements to the home as time & money allow.

Why they chose this property

We love the desert southwest & had enjoyed visiting Yuma for many years prior to purchasing our home. When the opportunity arose to participate in our family date farm business we decided the time was right to purchase a home. We really wanted to be in a well established neighborhood of well cared for homes in addition it was important to us to be in the heart of the community. Although we don't live in our home full time, we truly cherish & enjoy the time we do have there.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location as they say... You name it, it is very near by... Hospital, shopping, jogging trial, golf, international airport, Colorado River, multiple parks, restaurants, casinos, water park, off roading, hiking & even Mexico.... All with in 15 minutes of the house.
