This is a luxurious unit on the very top of Bellavista Condominiums (20th floor). It has a spectacular view of the central valley. The staff is very friendly, professional, and has a robust security entry protocol.

awesome view, very clean apartment

This apartment has everything you need for your holiday trip. Great view, secure area, short way to trips like Braurio national park or vocano Irazú. We loved it to sit at the roof in the jacouzy or swim some lanes. Very good communication with Luigi. When we had a problem, he was there for us! Thanks alot! We had a great time!

A quiet getaway in San Jose

Away from the hustle and bustle of San Jose downtown, a charming accommodation in a modern hi-rise building. The view from the bedroom were stunning especially at night. There was a grocery store that you could walk to in 10 minutes that you could get anything you could think off. The WIFi was 5G. Owner was very responsive to all requests. Everything was to expectation and a good value for the rate I received.

What a place to purpose

So my girlfriend before is just 3 days after New Years, I told her half way through the year let’s bring the New Year in with family and on the 2nd let’s get out the country, what better way to open the New Year and to celebrate her birthday all in one. She loved the idea and when the time came we went to Costa Rica. Luigi was place has a beautiful view and was quite cozy I felt safe and at home. There is a pool on the roof and ground floor, as well as a bunch of other great amenities. Whenever I reached out to Luigi for advice he answered promptly and always had great ideas. I asked about the perfect spot to purpose and he recommended a restaurant named Ram Luna. The view was breathtaking and a moment I will never forget. We had a great dinner and when outside to take in the view from the mountain. I got down on one knee and she said yes! What a beautiful start to the new year and I couldn’t have done it without Luigi! Thanks for the great stay!

This Condo is centrally located 10-15 minutes from SJO Airport, the capital (San Jose), while still close to the rain forest and about an hour from the closest beach.

What makes this property unique

This unit is loaded with amenities just like a expensive hotel without the high expense. Here you will have access to 2 pools, 2 jacuzzies, a pool table room, multi-purpose court, 2 gyms, walking paths and much more.
Our condo is located on the very top of the second tower(the tallest) and has a wonderful view. The unit itself has no shortcomings of amenities either; from a fully loaded kitchen, to fully stocked bathrooms, TV's in each room, access to internet and local cable and absolute privacy.
