The apartment is located in a neighborhood with the highest demand in real estate at the moment. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, next to parks, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and near the main highways. The building was recently constructed and has wonderful amenities such as a playground and green area in the second floor, and a fully equipped gym in the ground floor. There is a doorman 24/7 and a roofed parking space. The apartment is very spacious with lots of natural illumination, big windows, and high ceilings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and a breakfast bar. The laundry room has a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, and sink. Cable TV is available in the living room, WiFi is available in the entire apartment. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, A/C, a closet, and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full sized bunk bed, bathroom, and closet. Both bathrooms come with the essentials and rain showers. The living room has a comfortable couch. Six people can comfortably sleep in this apartment. If you need any additional requirements, such as a crib for your children, please let me know.
