Perfect place to stay, quiet, clean, super close to the beach and parking available. Was here for work but loved that I was close to the beach when I was done early in the evenings.Would definitely stay here if I was here for vacation!!!!
The location was great, the room was spacious enough and clean enough. The view was a lackluster city view, and there was construction every morning at 4am. The shower's temp was always finicky and the shower head was at a strange angle. The price was fair for this room. The service at both the front desk and via the app / management was prompt and kind. We had a nice trip.

We found the housekeeping to be subpar. The floors felt dirty and I had to rewash the chipped cups. There was a long black hair on the tub. The sliding door needs to be fixed even opening it gently, it broke. No hand soap. Probably should get a new mattress. The host got back to us fairly fast
We had a great time. Place has a great location to beaches and shopping. Clean, quiet, and communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to Stay on the island.
My husband and I finally vacationed in Honolulu. This was a small apartment 8th floor experience in a perfect location. The lanai was a delight in the morning! It's so close to ABC stores for all essentials snd our new favorite place for all meals and drinks, whete we loved watching the sunsets! We would definitely stay there again!!
Quick walk to the beach, super quiet. It was a bit small but I was only there to sleep and I was alone. Great for the recharge I needed. Clean, quiet, and close to the beach and shops was what I needed. Mark responded super quick to my questions and the front desk was very helpful. I definitely will stay here again on my next trip!!
Overall it was a good experience. However, the water regulation in the shower seemed off. Very hot or very cold. Other than that, all was well. Thanks!
For an older hotel we were very satisfied with our stay. Very close to everything. We did not need to rent a car. Tour shuttles,Uber and the buss worked perfect for us.How ever we would like to see non slip mat for the shower/tub and the floor. Anything we needed was taken care of right away.
I would definitely recommend this place! The location was ideal as it was a fantastic launching place for exploring. There is limited free parking around the zoo and I didn’t realize how key that was as parking everywhere is very expensive. Lounging on the rooftop was an unexpected joy as well! The only recommendations I would give are a “your stay has arrived” type message with a review of check in instructions and a tips sheet for how things in the unit work. I’m a “bang for your buck” type of girl and this place far exceeded my expectations!

Deceptive listing
The property was in poor condition. The host agreed and provided a refund for the remaining time. It was in working with VRBO to resolve the refund that matters became difficult, time consuming, and frustrating. After three days, still awaiting a resolution even as host agreed to the refund.

Less than expected
TV didn’t work; when I called they said they’d get the message to the manager in the morning. When I said that wasn’t ok, they sent up the front desk guy. He was able to figure it out. Need a better instruction guide for TV. The in room notebook states 17/night parking fee , it’s actually 35.

Not Happy
Very disappointed in the room. No kitchen sink, had to wash coffee pot & wine glasses in the bathtub. Air conditioner blows right onto the bed so couldn't use it at night. The pool was closed. Our view was of the back of other apartments, the pool and the alley and our cooking was advertised as "partial ocean view". Very disappointing. We are just happy that we didn't prebook for our return stay.

I’m sorry to hear that you did not share the 5-star experience that our guests who have stayed before and after you have, although I understand that no two experiences are alike and expectations vary. It is important to us that our units are clean and presentable for our guests, and the feedback you provided has helped our team to address these issues. Although the photos provided in the listing of this vacation property are accurate in reflecting the space and the furnishings in it, we would have been responsive to the issues you were experiencing, to ensure your stay was comfortable, if not pleasurable. Rest assured, your feedback back is welcomed and your concerns have been addressed and remedied, for the benefit of future guests.
I would say that overall the place is great. I have a couple issues, laying in the bed now I hear two of them. The AC unit is on the right side and the refrigerator on the left. They are competing for who is louder. To be fair the AC I figured out how to turn it down to a lower level and it isn't bad. But the fridge is loud and the compressor runs for about 15 minutes. The other small problem is the TV remote is not working. I gave up and tried the Roku remote, it turns the TV on and can use it to navigate the TV, but I cannot control the volume. So when my two friends kick in I cannot hear the TV. Now that said I gave everything 5 Stars above except overall rating. The property is in a prime location. Check in was easy and pleasant. Bed is very comfortable and linens are very nice. Clean. Everything outside of my listed complaints couldn't be much better. If you are interested there is a LGBTQ friendly bar on the second floor. I cannot tell you much about it other than it exists. Sounded kind of fun from the front of the hotel but I didn't go. The room is on the back facing side of the hotel so it is quiet, the views are nothing special because of it. Dealing with the front desk and Mark has been a pleasure. Mahalo
