Adorable 3 Bedroom Walking Distance to Stadium & Campus

Adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, fully furnished. Walking distance to Beaver Stadium and campus. Stop by the Arboretum or Creamery on your way back home. For the die hard Penn State fans, we back up to JoePa & SuePa's house, located right next to Sunset Park-only a 30 second walk on the trail outside our front door.
Spin bike rentals available at the park, along with many hiking & biking trails.
Conveniently located close to Atherton Street and downtown. Walking distance to the Waffle Shop & The Greek restaurant.
Many grocery stores, restaurants, beer & liquor stores just a few minutes away. Also on the Cata bus route.
3 bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Full, another Full bed with a pull-out twin trundle. All bedding and pillows provided.
Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, microwave, dishes, silverware, full stocked barware, wine opener, beer opener, basic spices, 12 cup coffeemaker with filters and regular & decaf coffee provided. 4 burner gas grill on furnished covered deck with string lights.
2 full bathrooms: One with tub/shower combo, and master with jetted whirlpool tub & separate shower. Full stocked with towels, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, Neutrogena face wipes, and feminine products.
Dining room seats 6 with additional seating in the breakfast nook for 4.
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, with laundry detergent & dryer sheets.
Smart HDTV's in all 3 bedrooms, kitchen & large big screen smart HDTV in living room. Antenna for local channels & hi-speed internet for streaming.
Outside firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs.
Central Air and wireless internet. Non-smoking indoor property, with outdoor ashtrays provided.
Dog friendly property with fenced in backyard.

This is the perfect location for anyone visiting State College. Property was very clean and spacious for our family of 6 and communication with the owner was excellent!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Clean and well stocked home in great location near campus. We were in town for homecoming and walked to Beaver Stadium for tailgating and game. Very pet friendly with a trail that leads to a cute little park. Easy instuctions and communication with owners. Would definitely stay again!

Parents Weekend

Always a wonderful stay! Owners are very responsive and wonderful. Our go to place anytime we come to Happy Valley. A great walk to campus as well!

Excellent Spot to Stay

Our family (6 adults and 2 small dogs) stayed for an evening Penn State game and it place was a nice little gem. Hosts were wonderful! Would definitely stay again!!

In a cozy little neighborhood

Perfect for our Ironman stay. Everything you need for a stay in State College. Location is close to Main Campus and the Stadium. We enjoyed ourselves.

The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners communicated very quickly and accommodated us shipping a couple of packages there early and checking in early. We look forward to staying there again.

My Favorite Stay at PSU!

Easily the best place that we (alumni!) have stayed at PSU. Clean, and way bigger than the pictures show. Cute patio out back. Easy walking distance to the stadium, and short Uber trip to downtown. Will be staying again for certain!

We rented the house for a Penn State football weekend and it was perfect! Close enough to walk to campus. Owners attend to every detail - tons of electrical plugs, kitchen well equipped, tons of towels and extra bed linens, dog treats, paper towels, home made treats, etc. They even allowed us an early check in. The only suggestion would be to trim the overgrown plants around the mailbox, walkway and front door.

Great Spot

We used this house as a 'base camp' of sorts for a concert at Bryce Jordan and it worked out wonderfully- easy walk to the venue. Parking isn't great but the rooms are spacious and clean as is the living areas. Highly recommend.

Great spot, quiet and secluded yet only a short drive to the heart of State College and the PSU campus. Sits on the edge of the aboretum, so expect to see lots of wildlife. We saw rabbits, beavers, deer and of course squirrels.
