Welcome to the Cedar Wood Haus located in Sechelt. Our unique home has views of the ocean through the trees and spectacular sunsets that can be enjoyed from the comfort of the living room, front deck and master suite. It also features the most beautiful vaulted cedar wood ceilings in the living room and bedrooms. This large open space is made to help you relax and enjoy your time on the coast by showing views of nature through each window.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect for a family get together—comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and lots of room to spread out and visit. The kitchen is well stocked so it’s easy to stay in and cook. The house is also in a great location with restaurants close by in case guests wish to eat out.Our host was very flexible with our check-in and extremely helpful with our questions and requests.We’re already discussing a possible return next year!

The home is very spacious. Sechelt is an amazing community with lots of amenities and places to eat. The whole entire sunshine coast is so beautiful. We enjoyed our time there.

Perfect stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay! All tye beds in the house were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and plenty of room not to step on each other's toes! It was umpeccably clean and also very cozy. Would definitely recommend it!

Great location, loads of space

Lovely property, ideal location, perfect for a large group….. would strongly recommend it. Clint was a great host, there to greet us and show us round, then left us to enjoy our vacation.

It’s our family summer vacation. The owner is helpful and quick response with question. The place is close to Sechelt downtown and Davie’s Bay, very convenient.

Lots of actvities, lots of walking or boating. Sechelt wandering will take a day. Couple of good pubs etc.

The accommodations in the completely private second floor of the home are spacious and comfortable. The host quickly rectified some maintenance issues on our arrival. My husband and I are fit in our 70s and 80s but experienced some challenges such as a steep driveway to walk to entrance, steep stairs to basement laundry, the very busy and noisy road in front, and very steep steps to beach (if you can get across the road.) Nearby beaches and walking trails are accessible by car.

Sunshine on the Sunshine Coast

The property was perfect for three generations and a dog. We will definitely be back one day, adding the cousins and their parents. So much room! Thanks to Clint for always being available when we had questions.

Property outside was very messy and frankly disgusting.Very spacious inside. Combination lock didn't work. Was told about a lock box, no such thing.None of the sliding doors would lock. Spent a half hour at night before bed trying to lock 4 sliding doors.
